Upon first arriving at this hotel, we weren't really made to feel all that welcome. After a long day of traveling, we found ourselves sitting around in the rooftop bar, waiting for it to open so we could get a drink and wait for our room. It was a bit of a letdown, considering all the amazing reviews this place had received.
This fabulous hotel can't be beaten when it comes to the welcome you receive at the front desk - regardless of the time of day or night it is. At breakfast, there is a great energy that should definitely not be missed out on. Throughout the whole establishment there is a wonderful atmosphere of friendliness.
This hotel is in an ideal spot for sightseeing and relaxation, with rooms that exceed expectations and a range of amenities. The rooftop pool was a highlight of our stay, with the bartender, Marti, providing us with great advice and tips throughout. Our breakfast was delicious, and the server, Wendy, was so friendly and sociable. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay and would happily come back again!
This hotel was great! The location was outstanding and the staff (mostly) were very friendly and accommodating. Unfortunately, the rooms were quite small with limited storage space for more than a couple of days. Additionally, the male waiter during breakfast was incredibly rude and made me feel unwelcome. Despite this, I would definitely stay again.
This hotel was lovely - very clean and well-arranged. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a pleasant stay. It's in a great location, close to attractions such as the Sagrada Familia, the markets, the Gothic centre, and the marina. We would certainly come back, as it's now our preferred hotel in Barcelona.
