? WARNING: Some of us got ? stolen on our first night ? Reception wasn't helpful and told us to go to the ?. Rooms weren't broken into so it must have been an inside job. Safe not working, so I hid ? in the wardrobe and when I came back, it was gone. Lesson learned, don't leave valuables unattended. Can't recommend this ?, thieves working there. More like a 2 ⭐ than 4.
The staff we encountered were incredibly accommodating! Despite arriving at a turbulent time, they did everything possible to ensure our comfort. They were so kind and managed the whole experience perfectly. Xavi, at the reception, provided us with excellent service. We couldn't be more grateful for his help. The room was immaculate and included all the necessary amenities. Breakfast in the morning was also top-notch! We highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Barcelona.
I recently stayed at Zenit Barcelona and I was very impressed. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with modern bathrooms. The location was great, making it easy to explore the city. I was also pleased with the breakfast, as there was lots of variety. The staff went above and beyond to help make sure my stay was pleasant. I would definitely revisit and would highly recommend it to friends and family.
Nevertheless the staff was friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and clean. Location is great, just a short walk from the Plaza Catalunya and Ramblas. The views from our room were also quite pleasant. Overall I had a pleasant experience and would stay here again if I'm back in Barcelona.
I had a great stay at Zenit Barcelona. The staff were friendly and accommodating, the room was spacious and clean and the location was perfect for exploring the city. The views from our room were spectacular too. The breakfast buffet was great, with a variety of delicious options. There was one small issue with a plate of cucumber slices that seemed to have been sitting there for a while, but the staff remedied this quickly when I mentioned it. I would definitely stay here again if I am ever in Barcelona and highly recommend it.
curtains are well provided to darken the space and provide a good air isolation. The personnel are very friendly, polite and helpful and their quality is reflected on their customers' loyalty. In sum, I found the hotel an excellent place for spending a few days in Barcelona.
I had a great stay at Zenit Barcelona. The hotel is located in a great area - Carrer Santaló, full of elegant buildings, but without much traffic. It near Travessera de Gràcia and the impressive Plaça Francesca Macià. The place is really cosy and peaceful - I couldn't hear much noise. My room was very comfortable and great for a few days stay in Barcelona. The beds were good too - firm mattresses, perfect for getting a good night's sleep. The bedroom windows were well insulated and the drapes were thick enough to darken the room and provide great air isolation. The staff were amazing - so friendly and helpful, and you could tell that the customers were loyal. All in all, I had a great experience at Zenit Barcelona and would highly recommend it.
