During our stay in Barcelona, we had the fortune of encountering some truly outstanding desk attendants. Their assistance and recommendations were invaluable, and they were always eager to assist us whenever we required it. Our rooms were impeccably clean and equipped with air conditioning, providing us with a comfortable retreat from the summer heat. While the breakfast was a bit pricey, it proved to be a convenient and satisfying option for a hearty morning meal.
The hotel's location was truly fantastic. Our room was spacious and impeccably maintained. The reception staff, especially one individual whose name was Aeiu, went above and beyond to assist us and truly shone in their role. It was a charming little establishment surrounded by numerous dining options, and only a short 10-minute walk from the heart of the city.
I was a bit worried when booking this hotel as it was much cheaper than other hotels and had few reviews. But we were put at ease as soon as we arrived - Xavier was really helpful! ? Our room was magnificent, with a terrace on the 8th floor. It was tidy, cozy and so quiet, perfect for a 4-night stay. ? The location is great for visiting places like Plaça de España and Las Ramblas, being close enough to take advantage of the attractions but also far enough away to avoid the hustle and bustle. ☺️ Breakfast places and restaurants are very close by, plus the Metro is just 5 minutes away. ? We would definitely come back and highly recommend it - please don't increase the price! ?
Nice location, room very clean, convenient public transportation and taxi just outside the door, stayed two nights, staff was super kind and helpful, close to city attractions and a multitude of restaurants nearby, lots of shopping opportunities.
This hotel is ideal for short stays in the city, right in the heart of the action. The decor and design is quite dated, but the staff are really great and welcoming. All in all it is definitely a good basic-plus option.
