The hotel's location was very convenient, as it was within walking distance to popular tourist attractions and a metro/bus station. Additionally, there were plenty of restaurants and cafes in close proximity. Unfortunately, the bathroom had a clogged drain and the room was quite stuffy and dark. What was even more disappointing was the dirty, unpleasant stain on the sheet and pillowcase, which made our stay less than ideal.
The staff were extremely pleasant and accommodating. The hotel's location was ideal, with convenient access to both shopping and public transportation. Our room had all the necessary amenities, but unfortunately, our shower did not drain properly. This forced us to lower the water pressure in order to avoid standing in a puddle of our own shower water. Additionally, we were unaware that the air conditioning would be turned off at night, which resulted in a very uncomfortable first night. We ended up having to leave the door to our mini patio open for the rest of our stay to let in some cool air.

I would stay at this hotel again. Staff were very knowledgeable and helpful. Rooms were lovely and the garden was great to relax in. The central location makes it easy to access many attractions. They paid extra attention to the details with a fridge in the rooms and complimentary bottles of water x2, as well as Nespresso machines in each room. A great experience.
In a great location and close to all the main sights in Barcelona, the beds were comfortable however there were many things we were not happy with. The toilet moved and a disgusting smell of urine was present on the bathroom the whole time during our stay. We also had sewerage smells in the room on many occasions as well. We did mention this to staff but were told to use air freshener spray to mask the smell. The accommodation was rundown and needed some maintenance, despite the nice decor. Overall I would not stay again.
This place is not worth staying in. The staff member FRANCISCO was extremely rude! My friends and I would never recommend this accommodation to anyone. Our great experience in Barcelona was completely thrown off track due to the rudeness of this person. We even had to pay for the lost keycard and things got even worse. If you had a similar experience, please share it. This accommodation definitely does not deserve a good review!
