This accommodation has a classy exterior and upon arrival, a simple bell must be rung for the sliding doors to open into the reception area. The seats in vibrant colors add a touch of beauty, and there's a vending machine that can be accessed 24/7. Another vending machine offers hot snacks. Check-in was speedy and the staff were warm and welcoming. They provided clear instructions on using the key card for access to the hotel and lifts, making me feel secure and at ease. The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, and the pillows were just right. The walk-in shower had ample hot water, which was a delight. It was a lovely surprise to find that the room was also tidied daily. The location of this hotel is fantastic, with easy access to all necessities and transportation for exploring the city. Taxis can be hailed right outside the hotel, while a bus and metro station are just a few minutes' walk away. The breakfast buffet offered a variety of options, including freshly prepared hot dishes, pastries, and delicious orange juice. The tea and coffee from the vending machines were also quite tasty. The only minor drawback was the lack of a bar, as on some evenings we would have liked to unwind with a nightcap at the hotel. Nonetheless, the overall experience deserves a 5-star rating. I would definitely choose to stay at this hotel again if I return to Barcelona.
I wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude to the front desk employees at this hotel in Barcelona. Camille, Albert, and Patricia were incredibly helpful during our stay. The hotel itself was fantastic, and we especially enjoyed the stunning rooftop with its panoramic views of the city and the ocean. I would highly recommend this place to anyone, including my own family and friends.
My stay at the Andante Hotel in Barcelona was truly a memorable experience. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by a stylish and comfortable atmosphere. The room was spacious, modern, and spotlessly clean. The bed was one of the most comfortable I have ever slept in, with fluffy pillows and soft linens. Despite some slight movement in the bed frame, I had a peaceful and restful sleep.
The hotel's rooftop infinity pool was a highlight of my stay, offering stunning views and a relaxing escape from the bustling city. I only wish it had been heated so I could have taken a dip in the off-season. However, the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, even allowing me to store my luggage in a separate room with lockers when I had an early check-out time.
The location of the hotel was perfect, close to public transportation and the famous Las Ramblas. I also discovered a hidden gem, the Bar Somnia, just around the corner, where I enjoyed delicious cocktails and a lively atmosphere.
There were two minor drawbacks during my stay. The first was the extensive surveillance and security measures, with cameras everywhere. It did make me feel a bit uncomfortable and watched at times. Additionally, the 2 euro charge for using the lockers for luggage storage seemed a bit excessive, especially if I needed to open it multiple times and had to pay each time. However, these were only minor issues and did not detract from my overall positive experience.
I would highly recommend the Andante Hotel to anyone looking for a stylish, comfortable, and convenient place to stay in Barcelona. The friendly staff, modern amenities, and prime location make it a top choice for future visits.
During my stay in Barcelona, I had the pleasure of staying at a lovely and comfortable hotel. The staff at the reception were incredibly helpful, and my room was always kept clean. One of the highlights of the hotel was the beautiful swimming pool and terrace, offering breathtaking views of the city. Its location was perfect for exploring the city and going on a shopping spree - being situated next to the ramblas and the sea.
During my stay at the Andante Hotel in Barcelona, I was fortunate to have Giselle at the front desk. She was not only extremely helpful, but also a genuine and kind person. The location of the hotel was truly excellent, and I would definitely choose to stay here again in the future. The room itself was comfortable, and the bed provided a great night's sleep. I also appreciated the strong security measures in place within the building. I highly recommend the Andante Hotel for a delightful stay in Barcelona.
