Andante Hotel

I had a fantastic stay while in Barcelona for a long weekend. I was in town to do some sightseeing as well as attend a handball tournament at Granollers. Upon arriving well before noon, I was able to check in right away. I had the twin room with a panoramic view from the 10th floor. The views of the city were spectacular! The room was modern, clean, and had some eco-friendly touches, which made it ideal for a couple of days. The rooftop pool was small but absolutely mesmerizing. It was hard to find a chair or a lounger, but it was great when the bar up there was open. Breakfast was fantastic - much better than I was expecting. There was plenty to choose from and the coffee was delicious. In addition, there was a terrace where you could have breakfast outside. The staff were extraordinary. The reception team gave us useful tips, directions, and great service in English. Don't be deterred by the street location. Even though it's right next to a police station and a couple of hospitals, it is conveniently located close to two metro stops and La Ramblas. It's a four-minute walk to the port and seafront. We took a stroll to the Gothic Quarter and were amazed by all the bars and restaurants. Plus, you need a key to access the front door/reception, so there's no risk of any non-guests coming in. All in all, it was an incredible experience - thanks to the rooftop pool with its amazing view, the awesome staff, and the great location, allowing for easy exploration of Barcelona. Thank you!

Stayed at this hotel and it was ? perfecto! The bed, staff and location were all just above average. Unfortunately, we didn't get to try the restaurant so I can't comment on that, but one thing I wasn't a fan of was the rooftop pool area - it's a non-smoking hotel so I don't understand why smoking is allowed there ???‍♂️???

This place was amazing! Everyone working here was really nice and accommodating. The morning meals were delicious and the location could not have been better. The rooms had plenty of space and were nicely decorated. The rooftop pool was to die for. Contrary to some of the reviews that mention homeless people around the area, this seemed to be the case throughout Barcelona, and notjust this location. I'd definitely stay here again if I ever return to this city.

We had a great time. Our room was very clean and had plenty of towels. The breakfast was plentiful and had a lot of options. The hotel's location near a metro station made it easy to get back to after a day of sightseeing, and it was a quick trip to the beach. There were plenty of restaurants to pick from within walking distance, and it was a typical city centre area that didn't bother us. There was a sizeable police station nearby as well, which was reassuring. Barcelona can be known for pickpockets, but with normal caution you can still have a great time. The staff were friendly and helpful. We'd definitely stay here again! Thanks for the wonderful experience.
