134 rooms right in city centre area. The Andante is modern, very comfortable and practical. A new generation of hotel, hard to criticized due to its overall quality. One retains especially in this hotel a superb swimming pool terrace with a stunning view over the city. A great 3 stars and definitively a good quality/situation/price choice.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It boasted an impressive pool area that provided stunning views of the city, and our room was always nice and clean. The staff were also incredibly helpful. The hotel happened to be conveniently close to the Rambles and Gothic area of Barcelona, and it was only a five minute walk away. Additionally, the nearby Metro station allowed us to easily explore all the further places of interest.
Upon arrival, this particular lodging had a pleasing exterior. Inside, it was clean and serene. I was welcomed with a comfortable room on the first floor and the location was desirable. The metro station was a mere 5 minutes away, as was Las Ramblas, so finding food was easy. I had to open the window while sleeping, as the hotel was not yet utilizing the air conditioning units and the heating system was the only one in place, something I anticipated due to having a similar experience at a different hotel in Spain in March. All things considered, I'd happily recommend this place should you visit Barcelona.
Room at the Andante Hotel was basic but clean and comfortable. The rooftop pool allowed us to enjoy stunning views of Barcelona while swimming, and the proximity to La Ramble was excellent. The staff were kind and helpful, and the breakfast was comprehensive. Although the hotel claims to be non-smoking, smoking is allowed in the garden and by the pool and, since there is no designated smoking area, ashtrays are found on each table and smokers can sit anywhere. This meant that there was no escaping the smell of smoke.
We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. Its location was superb - it was easily accessible by metro, and in walking distance to the waterfront and La Rambla. The breakfast was excellent and had a vast selection. The staff at the reception were extremely helpful, the rooms were spotless and the rooftop infinity pool and bar had stunning 360 degree views. We would highly recommend this hotel and would love to go back.
I would very happily stay there again. The reception was friendly and calming, and the staff were only too happy to answer any enquiries. I enjoyed every aspect of my stay and look forward to returning soon.
