I would highly recommend staying at this place ?! The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful ?, and the rooms are immaculately clean and comfortable ?. It's in a great spot ?, close to the beach ? and various tourist attractions ?️, as well as shops ? and restaurants ?.
This hotel had a very friendly staff, but overall it was not very impressive. The lack of amenities and quality of the hotel, considering the rating and cost, was a letdown. It was conveniently located but would not be ideal for a vacation; it was more suitable for business trips.
Stayed at Barcelona Hotel Colonial for a one-night stay prior to a cruise and was pleased with the service. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. They helped us store our bags while we explored the area and provided us with useful information. The hotel is in the centre surrounded by shops, restaurants and bars, with prices to suit all budgets. We would recommend being aware of street sellers offering ‘free’ gifts as they rarely live up to the promise. The day we left, the receptionist was outstanding in helping us track our pre-booked taxi. We would definitely stay here again!
The stay at Barcelona Hotel Colonial was quite pleasant. The staff were friendly and helpful, and it was a comforting atmosphere. The only thing it would be nice to have was a kettle in the room, which would be really useful for making a refreshing cup of tea or coffee. We had a triple room, although it was a bit cramped with one double bed and a single. Perhaps they just added the extra bed in a normal sized single room. Despite this, overall our stay was very pleasant and I would definitely return to this hotel.
But, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend the Barcelona Hotel Colonial.
My experience at Barcelona Hotel Colonial was great! I visited in late August with my two teenage children and our stay was wonderful. The hotel was in a fantastic location, close to restaurants, stores and the beach. Everything was within walking distance, though we did take the bus to explore more of the area. The hotel was very clean and modern with fresh towels and bedding changed daily and rooms cleaned. The receptionists were friendly and always greeted us when we came and went. We did not have any meals at the hotel but had lots of great food at the nearby restaurants. I would highly recommend Barcelona Hotel Colonial to anyone looking for a great and convenient place to stay in Barcelona.
