During my recent stay at the Barcelona Princess Hotel, I was pleased with the overall experience despite the ongoing renovations. The staff handled the situation gracefully and their exceptional service and positive attitude made up for any inconvenience. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, although the beds were a bit on the hard side. The WiFi was not the speediest, but it was still functional. One highlight of my stay was the classic Spanish breakfast offered, which boasted a delicious selection of fresh fruits, bread, and local sausages. Overall, I had a pleasant stay at the Barcelona Princess and would recommend it to others. ?
During my recent stay in Barcelona, my experience at the hotel left much to be desired. The door handle in my room came off, and I had to call reception twice just to be able to exit. Despite bringing this issue to their attention, I received no compensation. It is with regret that I cannot recommend staying at this establishment, as it seems necessary to bring tools to open doors. Additionally, there was ongoing renovation work occurring and the internal website page was not functioning. Overall, it appears that the hotel does not prioritize the needs and satisfaction of their customers.
During our stay, we had such an enjoyable experience. The room we stayed in was impeccable, boasting a stunning view of the sea and a blissful, cozy bed. The staff, particularly Lorenzo and Jose F, were extremely welcoming and accommodating. One of the highlights were the two heated pools, which were absolutely gorgeous. Additionally, we would like to extend a big thank you to the hardworking housekeeping ladies who always left our room immaculately clean. We were more than satisfied with our stay and will certainly be returning in the near future.
? Lovely and contemporary hotel at the International Convention Center with ? high-speed internet near the ?️. Great ? connection to the city center. So many ? options and a huge ?️ mall close by. Our room on the 21st floor had an amazing ? view. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and the bathroom was super modern. The hotel had a huge breakfast buffet with plenty of choices and 2 cozy bars and restaurants. For drivers, there was a ??️ garage with a 2m height limit, shared with the Diagonal Mall. The hotel had private parking for guests and 2 pools with loungers, including an infinity pool with epic views on the 23rd floor, plus a gym and sauna. The location at the ICC (used for concerts too) makes it perfect for events and combines the perks of a business hotel with top-notch shopping at the adjoining Diagonal Mall and a beach getaway.
? Stay away from this hotel! ? With a 4-star price tag, I expected much more but was left disappointed. ? The construction work was not mentioned before booking and the rooftop pool was closed. ? The rooms are outdated and the bathroom looked like it had been through a battle, with chips everywhere. ? It was not the most pleasant or clean experience. ? Storage space for clothes and luggage is lacking and there wasn't even an iron available for use. ? Instead, you have to pay 8 Euros to use their ironing service. ? Save your money and find a better and cheaper hotel nearby. ? I will not be coming back here. ?
