Over 400 sculptures and paintings are spread throughout the entire hotel, giving guests exclusive encounters with art and design.Rooms have different layouts, from 18th century furniture to contemporary Barcelona designers. They are not too big, but the location of the hotel is worth that con.We love above all, the rooftop terrace with swimming pool and the cool design and quietness of the rooms..

The service I received from the staff was simply outstanding ? The breakfast spread was delicious ? The fitness room was a bit small, but the spa facilities was magnificent ? The pool was a bit chilly, but it had a stunning rooftop view ? There was some noise from the street, but the location was superb ? Lots to do and see nearby ?
This hotel was in an ideal spot for getting around to all the tourist attractions. It was close to public transport and plenty of things to do that were all just a short walk away. The facilities at this place were top notch and the staff were extremely accommodating with food allergies. This made the stay here truly memorable.
All in all a great stay.
I had a wonderful stay at Claris Hotel & Spa GL. The staff were extremely helpful and provided a number of great touches- like a complimentary bottle of cava and box of chocolates on check-in. The mini bar was complimentary and was refilled daily. Relaxing rooftop pool area with tapas food that was both tasty and of great variety. Location was ideal for Gaudi visits. The room was exceptionally nice and dark at night, though the bed was a bit squeaky every time you moved. All in all, it was a great stay!
I had a really bad experience at the Claris Hotel & Spa GL. I paid £400 for a watch which was stolen from my room when the cleaners were in. I put in a complaint and heard nothing back from them, so I emailed from my home country. Eventually, I heard back from the rooms director who told me they had conducted an investigation but could find no proof that anything was taken from the room. I'm absolutely appalled at the service I received - I have stayed in 5-star hotels across the world and this was the worst experience I've had!
The area was very safe and we felt comfortable Finishing off our stay with a great pampering spa day which was perfect.
Stayed at the Claris Hotel & Spa GL for a week, and it was the perfect choice! The staff were unbelievably friendly, from the moment we arrived until our departure. They went the extra mile to ensure our stay was as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. The hotel's location was just perfect - safe and secure, with plenty of great choices for dining and shopping. Plus, the spa treatments were amazing! We spent a few days of our holiday getting pampered, and it was the perfect way to end such a wonderful stay. Highly recommend this hotel - it's now firmly marked in our list of favourites!
