We had a wonderful time at this hotel! The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, assisting us with booking tickets for tourist attractions, suggesting restaurants, and calling cabs. An absolute highlight was going on a walking tour with the hotel's general manager! The room's view was simply stunning and the area was ideal.
We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights prior to our cruise, and its location was ideal for exploring the center of Barcelona. The reception wasn't particularly impressive, but the staff were extremely helpful. Although the bedroom wasn't huge, it provided all the space we needed. The kitchenette was compact, but we were still able to make breakfast there. We felt that it was a bit pricey for what it was.
Outstanding staff at this hotel! Victor, Jostin, and Angel at reception were incredibly kind and knowledgeable. They really went out of their way to help with anything from finding a missing FedEx package to answering questions about restaurants and giving directions. A huge thank you for making my stay so enjoyable!
This hotel's location was great, located in the Gothic section and close to the beach. The suites were perfectly comfortable and clean, with hardwood floors and an espresso maker. The staff were really the highlight, so helpful from the time we arrived until the time we left. We had accidentally left the do not disturb sign on the door on one day, and they still managed to arrange evening housekeeping services. A special acknowledgement to Jostin in the evening and Victor in the morning, both were amazing.
Amazing location, incredible staff. JOSTIN was so incredibly helpful. He had great suggestions and assisted with bookings. The room was wonderful, the rooftop was exquisite and the sister hotel was also really nice. I'd highly suggest staying here.
