I highly recommend this place! We stayed in a junior suite and it was amazing; with sea views, freestanding bath, two sinks, a big bed and sofa. Not to mention it was spotless, cleaned every day. Breakfast was great with lots of options, both continental and cooked. There were 2 bars, we only used the pool bar. All staff were friendly and the location was stellar, right across the road from the beach in the stunning neighbourhood of Poblenou that has plenty of restaurants. It's not far from the metro either - 5 to 10 minutes walk - and the city centre can be reached by foot in one and a half hours if you like to stroll. All in all, an incredible experience.
I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. The staff were very unfriendly and unhelpful, which was made worse due to the language barrier when it came to speaking English. I usually stay in the city, where the people are much more hospitable and pleasant, so please bear this in mind. The pool area was alright, with only 5 sun beds, though the pool was a bit too cold due to it being metal. The rooms were nice, but the beds were so solid and hard, it wasn't comfortable at all. Additionally, it took at least 5 minutes for a lift to show up, despite there only being 6 floors and 2 lifts. Overall, I wouldn't stay here again, and would suggest staying in the city and walking to the beach instead. 4/10.
This hotel was disapointing??♀️ We payd more for the superiour room but it was bareley suprerior?☹️ There was no restaruant or satellit tv let alone English channels!! And when my complaint was heard, the manager LIED about my interactions with the staff!!?☹️ No info on how to contact reception or order room service either, quite outrageous?. Been waiting for a resolution but don't think ? it's gonna hapoen ??. #disapointed
Stayed at an awesome ? for 2 weeks and it really was unforgettable. ? From Albert, Michela, Carla and Andrea (and the rest whose names I didn't know) to the helpful staff, every minute was truly enjoyable. ? Carla and Michaela always made sure I had my gluten-free bread and Andrea and Albert always had ideas for places to see or eat. They even humoured me with my terrible Spanish and helped me out with Catalan options! ? Biggest thank you out there for all of you, GRACIAS! ?
What a dump??, how in the world did thiis hotell receive 4 stars?! This hoteel is not close to anything and they are extreemly unorganised. There were at least 4 guuests standing at recpetion with complaints. Our AC did not work at all?, dirty floors? and dor to terrace was broken?♂️..
