Exceptional service and a great breakfast (aside from the scrambled eggs). The personnel were extremely courteous and accommodating! Though, I would recommend they review the rooms more closely, as there were some minor maintenance issues needing to be addressed. All in all, strategically situated and a relaxing and secure night's rest!

This hotel's location is really convenient, situated close to the underground. We got a room on the first floor which was unfortunately a bit noisy due to a busy road nearby. The room was quite small, not even enough room for a second night table. Although they provided hand towels upon request, there was no carpet for the bathroom and the shower floor was very slippery. We requested that the room be cleaned at 5 p.m. and the maid was overcharged. Breakfast was good.

The location of this place is ideal, being close to all the attractions. The staff were incredibly nice and helpful, offering 10/10 customer service. However, the accommodation itself is not up to the standard of a 4-star hotel and is more similar to a 2-3 star establishment. We were situated in a really small room on the 3rd floor, leaving limited room to maneuver. It was unsatisfactorily dark and outdated. On the plus side, the bathroom was spacious but it was quite slippy and the door needed replacing. Not to mention, there was an off-putting smell in the lobby. Overall, we were pleased that we only stayed for one night as opposed to any longer, as the price was not worth it.

This hotel is certainly not a 4-star hotel as advertised. My opinion is that it should have been given a rating of 3 or 3.5 stars. The lobby was outdated and the furniture in the room was also old-fashioned, however, the comfort level was still acceptable. The bathrooms were nice and the rooms were a bit on the small side. The location, however, was excellent.

This accommodation was situated in a great spot and was neat and tidy. The person who greeted us when we arrived was very helpful. Unfortunately, the room was minuscule, sparsely furnished, and the elevators were right outside it, so we couldn't relax when we got there and had a sleepless night. Thankfully, we had brought earplugs! We mentioned our situation to a woman at reception prior to going to bed; she was clearly aware of the issue but not very cooperative.
