Exe Plaza Catalunya

The hotel's location was fantastic! Our room was spacious and so was our friends' room, which had a lovely balcony. However, our other friends, who also booked a Superior Room, were disappointed to find that their room was much smaller than ours. We were impressed by the friendly and welcoming doormen, and Milbert at the Front Desk was incredibly helpful. On the other hand, Pepe seemed a bit short with us and lacked the customer service skills that we expect from a hotel staff member.

The breakfast was decent, although we were surprised when we asked for separate glasses for water and orange juice and were told that we had to use the same glass for both. On our last day, while waiting for our chauffeur, we hung out in the dining room and one of our friends used a glass from the table for water. However, we were abruptly informed by a waiter that those items were for breakfast use only. Despite this, our overall experience was good. We especially enjoyed spending our last evening on our friends' balcony, enjoying a lovely nightcap. As I mentioned before, the location of the hotel was superb!

The location of this hotel was top notch and many facilities were in close proximity. We stayed on the 9th floor and the space was ample, boasting a stunning terrace to take in the sights. The room itself was immaculate and noise was minimal. The receptionist, Francesca, was exceptionally friendly and willing to help. Breakfast was satisfactory, but other dining options were not available.

My experience at this heavenly place was unparalleled! Located mere steps away from the bustling heart of the city, convenience was a given. The bright, airy room was immaculately clean and spacious, ?. It was complemented by a delightful scent upon entering. The staff were ? and accommodating – they even let me leave my luggage there before check in. If only I could've stayed longer... ?I'm already looking forward to my next visit! ??✈️

This accommodation offers great value for money. When I arrived, I was pleasantly surprised to find that the room was larger than anticipated and was incredibly clean. The maid service came in every day, and I had no complaints. Despite some comments about noise from the road, this wasn't an issue for me; I just requested a quiet room and was put at the back of the hotel, where it was peaceful. I stayed at room 803, and it was completely quiet. Breakfast was too expensive for me, so I passed on it. The central location of the hotel is great, with the most central Metro station nearby, and a fantastic steakhouse next door that's definitely worth a visit. The only downside is that the room could have had a kettle and two glasses, which would have been useful.

Location, location, location! Exe Plaza Catalunya is an ideal hotel, providing a comfortable and convenient stay only a few minutes away from Plaza Catalunya. The front desk staff were attentive and accommodating, and the room itself was spotless and airy. There are plenty of attractions near the hotel, making it the perfect hub for a short stay in Barcelona. I would highly recommend this hotel and would not hesitate to stay there again.
