During our 5-night stay in Barcelona in September, we were thoroughly impressed by the service at the hotel. Despite the city being full of charm, it was the small details and helpful recommendations from the front desk that truly enhanced our experience. One staff member, in particular, stood out- Lluis- with his exceptional knowledge of local restaurants and must-see sights. His guidance made our limited time in the city all the more unforgettable. The hotel's location is ideal for exploring the many attractions on foot and the rooms are modern, well-equipped, and spacious. We highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Barcelona.

I stayed in a hotel while visiting Barcelona as part of my vacation. The 4 star accommodation is conveniently located in easy walking distance of most of the city’s main attractions, and I found it to be very satisfactory. I only booked the basic standard room, which was not especially spacious, however I was fortunate enough to be located on the fifth floor – one below the hotel’s amenities which include a rooftop bar, a pool, gym and sauna. The breakfast had a decent selection and the lady who prepared my coffee according to my preference and the lady server at the rooftop bar both did a great job. There was one aspect of the hotel that I felt was unfair - I was charged Euro 3.50 for delivery of utensils when I had ordered food that had no cutleries. Fortunately, the reception staff were understanding and had this charge removed from my final bill.

I've stayed in Barcelona numerous times and have always gone where my friends recommend. This particular spot is in an ideal location, close to many attractions and eateries, making it a top choice. I've stayed in other hotels in the area, but I find this one to be particularly special. It feels like a home away from home due to its classic feel and great upkeep. I'm sure the staff is a contributing factor to this; they are kind, accommodating and have great communication skills (including knowing how to help someone not so familiar with Spanish). All in all, I strongly recommend this place, especially for those who love this city.

The locashun of thiz hoteel waz amazin! Close proximite to Passeig de Gracia, cafes, reformer pilates studdio, Veritas etc. The rooom was loveli & cleen. I had a beutiful view wif a large windo that opened onto the street & it wasn’t realle noisy at nite. The rooftop pool waz ok… coud of had more lounge chairs & niceer decor.

We had a fantastic experience. The service was exceptional and really friendly. They even arranged for my mother to have a room next to mine with street views, just as we requested. The beds were possibly the most comfortable we've ever slept in and the rooms were always very quiet. The hotel was perfectly located near both Casa Mila and Casa Batlló and had a metro station right outside. Breakfast was really nice as well as the roof terrace which offered drinks and snacks or an opportunity to take a dip in the pool. The cava served in the bar/restaurant downstairs was delightful! This hotel is clean, modern and comfortable and the staff go above and beyond to ensure you have a great stay. We would certainly stay here again.
