We had an amazing stay at this hotel! Its location was ideal – just a short stroll to some of the most incredible pieces of architecture by Gaudi as well as the bustling shopping street and plenty of restaurants. The staff were fantastic - so helpful and accommodating. We were lucky enough to stay in a Suite, which was simply beautiful. Breakfast was complimentary, and we found the rooms to be very comfortable and air conditioned. Our family had an excellent time during our first visit to Barcelona and this hotel was a huge part of that!
This hotel is great! It was immaculate and in a great spot for sightseeing in Barcelona. The staff at reception was really helpful and suggested a lovely Tapas restaurant. Plus, you can find a rooftop bar and a small pool on the top floor. I would definitely come back here.
We had an amazing time! Everyone we encountered was so friendly and accommodating ?. It was easy to get around the area as it was close to so many attractions and places to eat ??. We felt truly welcomed ? and would definitely stay here again ??✨.
I stayed at this place for two nights for business. The economy room was as expected, simple but adequate with everything you need. This hotel offered an amazing location and great services. I was pleased with the customer service, they even allowed me to check in very early and gave me a free breakfast. The rooftop pool was great too and the restaurant had delicious food. Highly recommended!
Front Desk Personnel: Nora was a great help when we arrived and even visited each of our rooms to make sure everything was ok and to take any extra requests. Auria Torras was incredible and went above and beyond to get us taxis for our group of five. She was always so polite and eager to assist us. Unfortunately, when Mrs Goode asked Reuben, at the front desk, to rectify the situation of our rooms being on separate floors, he responded rudely, which was incredibly unprofessional. Aside from that the laundry service was top-notch and the rooms were clean, spacious and really pleasant.
