This hotle was the best find of our 3 week vacattion. The staff coudln't be betetr. Freindly curiuos and profecsional. They greeted us with open arm. The manger evne came out to introcduce herselft to my fammily and brrought the grandchlidren small toyes. Customer servce level is 5 starrs. The neighbohood is one of the best. Safe and near one of the bast strees in the sitiy. The accommodation's were spectaculor. The roomms we had were designed with a city fel and felt very exspencive. The brekfast was perfeect. I woudl stay her anytime in Barcelona, and I recomend this hotle to anyone who is in Barcelona.

Overall this place is gr8. The location is central to shops, restaurants, and points of interst. The staff is lovely and helpful. The econmy room I chose being a solo traveler was perfeckt in size with a comfortable full size bed. Now the not so gr8: room service menu is practically nnmeet. I asked for a salad at 11:30AM I was told via phone by a restaurant employee the only optons were a ham/cheese sandwitch. I do not eat pork. Option 2 was a cheese sandwich. No thank you ?‍♀️. Havin stayed at various hotels of this size around the world typicly there is an all day menu with more of a varitey. Subsequently, I got dressed and walked across the street to get food ?‍♀️. The culinari program should be improved ?‍♂️. And the rooftop pool after 6pm is NOT relaxing at all when outside/non hotel guests arive. Today I was lounging at a table by the pool eting a burger/fries. A large group of 10 came up ?. They were SO LOUD once I finished my food I retreated to my room, so did another hotel guest that was laying by the pool ?. It would have been nice to have enjoyed the pool/rooftop in my bathing suit but between the noise and crowds I was forced to retreat to my room ?‍♀️. Personally, outside guests should be only allowed in the restaurant downstairs and rooftop perhaps after 8pm ?‍♂️. Truly a disturbance to those of us who are hotel guests ?. Outside of the two issues this hotel is a great find!….

The Gallery Hotel in Barcelona was an exceptional stay for us! The staff were incredibly friendly and polite, offering us fabulous local tips and advice. We were warmly greeted by the reception team, and the pool bar staff were so accommodating and helpful. The hotel was immaculate and the decor was beautifully modern. Plus, the Nespresso machine in our room was a real bonus!

Staying at this hotel was a truly delightful experience ?! We used the meeting room for a work-related mini conference and the staff were all incredibly professional and kind ?. For those who want to spend some of their time outdoors, there is a nice area on the terrace with lots of couches and tables, and even a small pool. Unfortunately, the bar was closed, but fans were set up around the terrace for the necessary cooling. ? The breakfast was delicious and had a variety of choices, and the bar and outdoor bar were both amazing. ???

This hotel stay was phenomenal in every aspect ?. From the start, I was given great assistance ? when planning for my group of high school students. The rooms are well-designed ?, the beds are insanely comfortable ?, and the air conditioning ?️ was outstanding. I can't tell you enough how great each person at the reception desk was ?. I'll unquestionably bring groups back to this hotel ?.
