We stayed at this hotel after disembarking from a cruise ship. At check-in, there was a rush since multiple cruise guests were checking in at the same time, but alternate rooms were found. The double room we were in was a bit tight, but the bathroom was large, complete with a hairdryer and lighted mirror. There was also a spacious closet, a desk, and a stool for our luggage. The closet included a safe. We were also provided with a kettle, instant coffee and tea with condiments, as well as robes and slippers. Unfortunately, there were no 110 electrical outlets, but a converter and a USB outlet allowed us to charge our appliances. Our evening was comfortable; the window faced a closed terrace which made it very quiet, and the bed was fine. The room was also very clean, although the hallway was quite dark. In the morning, we inquired about the Wi-Fi service which we hadn't received the passcode for at check-in. We were also impressed by the bellman who took our bags as we entered and got them to our room ahead of us. All in all, our stay was pleasant and included a self-serve breakfast with plenty of choice, even some made-to-order options.

The staff here is absolutely top-notch! They went above and beyond when our luggage was lost by the airline, even bringing it to our room while we were out and about. Every night, the rooftop bar had live music for us to enjoy, and the room was always clean and tidy thanks to daily maid service. The location of this hotel is also excellent for hitting up all the attractions in town. The customer service here was hands down one of the best experiences I can remember in a long while – kudos to the staff!

We reserved a room at this establishment for a spontaneous trip to Barcelona and were more than pleased with the outcome. Its perfect location could not be beat. The rooms were exquisitely appointed, and stayed tranquil come nightfall. The staff were very kind and offered us assistance anytime we needed it. The outdoor rooftop bar and pool were a wonderful area to spend our evenings after a long day of exploring. Would definitely return.

This is our third stay at this hotel. This is our go-to place for Barcelona and it stands out from the other hotels we have visited. The front desk staff and doorman/bellman are wonderful, always making us feel welcome and sincerely interested in our happiness. The housekeeping staff are also fantastic; they always do the room within the 60-90 minutes we are out in the morning for breakfast and a walk. The room we stayed in is large, clean and comfortable with a large bathroom. The location is great, too, with an entrance to the Metro system right across the street and a great street (Cataluyna) nearby for shopping and eating. Passeig de Gracia is also nearby and it offers expensive shopping and many tourists, as well as important historical buildings. We look forward to returning next year for our fourth stay!

Based on the recommendation from a colleague, I stayed here with my family of six. We were lucky to have two family rooms, which fit our needs perfectly. The room was clean, comfortable and had all the amenities we needed. The hotel's location was perfect, as it was conveniently close to many things. The staff was amazing and they went out of their way to make sure our stay was great. They helped us get taxis, gave us directions and made reservations and suggestions. As it was our first time in Barcelona, this was great. On our way out, we were given a rose to make our visit even more special. I definitely plan to come back to Barcelona and when I do, I'll be sure to stay at this hotel again.
