The hotel I stayed at in Barcelona was stunning! The staff were so polite and friendly, offering assistance with anything we needed. I especially liked Fernando's concierge service, who helped us get tickets for events, find great restaurants, and book bookings. Would definitely recommend ?????.
My wife and I had a harrowing experience while staying in a hotel in Barcelona in Summer 2022. We were attacked and robbed - I was tackled to the ground and they forcibly took my watch off my wrist. I had cuts and bruises as a result. Though it was close to the entrance, there was no one to assist us. I spent around 5-10 minutes, running around the gothic quarter, shouting for help and there was no sign of the police. This was in the early evening, around 10pm, on a busy street in the gothic quarter. After doing some research I found out that robberies and muggings are quite common in the area, so the hotel's location is not particularly safe. We expected the hotel to call the police, and were assured that it would be taken care of, but it took over an hour for the police to arrive. The person on the front desk had gone home by the time they got there. This was incredibly frustrating. The hotel itself seems nice enough, but its location is not secure. The hotel should increase security and ask for more police presence in the area to protect its guests.
We had the pleasure of staying two nights in this small luxury hotel prior to embarking on a cruise. Our room overlooked the main street and, surprisingly, was very quiet. The room was spacious and comfortable and our rate included a very good breakfast. But it was the staff (especially the front desk staff) that made this hotel stand out. They were so welcoming and friendly - especially Pol (Paul) who organized a tour for us and was always there to assist us with whatever we needed or wanted to know. This hotel is ideally located for walking to attractions, shops and restaurants. We are from New Zealand and, being our first visit to Spain, this hotel was the perfect introduction. We hope to stay again one day.
A fantastic stay at a luxury hotel in Barcelona ???! The rooftop bar with a ?♂️ was absolutely amazing, and the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating! The location was perfect, right between El Gotica and El Born ?. Highly recommend this place ???!

The staff were so friendly and helpful, it felt like they really wanted us to have the best stay possible ? We were so impressed by their service, we'd definitely come back again without any hesitation ???
