Other than that it was great!
This accommodation is situated close to a Hop on and Off Bus stop. It was spotless and the staff were pleasant. Unfortunately, the street was being refurbished, much like large parts of the city. I had a single room that had its own balcony, and it had everything I needed. In spite of the fact that I arrived before the 2pm check-in time, my luggage was held for me. The elevators were slow and I don't like confined spaces but it wasn't an issue in the end. All in all, a great experience!
all delicious.
Our stay at the HCC Montblanc Hotel was wonderful. The rooms were very nice, spacious for Europe and immaculately clean. The lobby was great and allowed for our group of 24 to congregate in comfort. The staff were courteous and understanding. The breakfast was fantastic with lots of options, including Gluten Free items like a freshly made toasted baguette. Delicious!
Stayed at the HCC Montblanc and it was quite good overall. Room was satisfactory and clean. There seemed to be a lack of staff, though. The exterior of the building looked a bit worn, and the reception could do with a bit of a facelift. Struggled with how many characters I needed to type in here to get this message sent off.
The food at this hotel was fantastic, with lots of variety to choose from. The staff were incredibly accommodating and willing to help with any issues we encountered. The rooftop bar was well-stocked and the bartender was very welcoming and friendly. We had plenty of seating for our group and enjoyed the views.
I had to check out of the hotel after just one night instead of the six I had planned for, as I couldn't get a good night's sleep. The staff made an effort to help but were unable to provide a lasting solution. I got only two hours of sleep in the end, interrupted by pain every 30 minutes. I eventually booked a flight back home and was able to sleep well that night, and the pain vanished. Regrettably, I had paid for six nights of stay, but only used one before canceling my entire trip.
