HCC Montblanc

We had a great stay at this hotel. It had an ideal location with various eateries and a local market close by. The room was a great comfort and the pool terrace had a bar. The buffet breakfast was amazing. The staff were polite and accommodating. The beds were a bit too hard but can be overlooked. My only minor complaint would be no towel rack or rod in the bathroom which was taking up some counter space. A minor grievance but it did not change our overall pleasure with our stay. We will be coming again soon.

We had a pleasant stay at this Barcelona hotel. We had an issue with the A/C and the staff were kind enough to help us out. However, not all of the employees were as friendly. The rooms were very large and clean and the breakfast was pleasant, although nothing extraordinary. The small pool was a nice bonus.

We arrived at ?2pm? (as stated on the website) to be told that our room wasn’t ready and to come back after an hour and a half. I then spoke to another staff member who checked the system and said it was ready. We were given a room with two single beds?despite booking a double.❗️The response from the hotel was “it’s subject to availability”. We eventually came to a compromise and when we got the double room, it met expectations. ?The room was nice and bed was comfy, although the shower wasn’t great.?

This accommodation was situated in an excellent location in the city. The staff were really welcoming and the breakfast was delicious. The area was filled with various shops and breathtaking architecture. There are numerous dining options in the vicinity and a great deal of cultural variety.

Stayed at the HCC Montblanc Hotel in Barcelona at the end of our European trip and found it to be an excellent hotel in great shape. The restaurant and lounge were both fantastic. We would recommend upgrading the beds to queen and king instead of two twins, providing digital safes, and offering to include breakfast in the room rate upon arrival.
