We really enjoyed our stay at HCC St. Moritz. It was conveniently located nearby many shops and restaurants, the staff were attentive and the hotel was impeccably clean. Whilst the elevators could have been a bit faster and lacked air-conditioning, the weather was fine and so we could open the windows in our sun-soaked room to keep cool. The beds were a bit too firm for us, but still bearable. All in all, a good experience.
Overall the hotel was beautiful and the staff were fantastic. However, the atmosphere in the bar didn't feel very inviting and the food was average. The rooms were also uncomfortably hot, which took away some of the comfort of the stay. Although the hotel is 4 star, I expected more in terms of atmosphere and food quality.

I had a great experience staying at this hotel. The location was ideal, providing easy access to all the amenities nearby. The rooms were spotless and the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. I truly had a wonderful time.
We stayed at HCC St. Moritz for three days and were appalled by the abysmal service and total disregard for the customers by the staff and management. On the first day, we returned to our room in the afternoon and it hadn't been cleaned yet. We complained to the staff, and they replied it was because they were busy check-ins. Our room wasn't cleaned until later that evening. For the breakfast buffet, the food selection was poor and not fresh, and at 20 euros, it was the most expensive in our two week trip in Spain. To top it off, the staff was very rude and our complaint to the desk was utterly dismissed. As for room amenities, there were almost none - only one bar of soap, in-wall shampoo, and towels, with no toiletries or tissues. This place was a huge disappointment.
My stay at HCC St. Moritz was overall a pleasant experience. The staff were friendly and attentive although the hotel could use some improvements. The elevator is small, two people can't really ride anymore if two people carry a suitcase, and the hitting is off. The shower curtain is also required. Moreover, there were many stairs leading to the lobby which made it hard to carry a carrier. Despite the few shortcomings, I would still recommend this hotel.
