During our stay, the accommodations were spotless and the staff provided exceptional service. Unfortunately, the temperature was unexpectedly high for winter, causing the rooms to feel uncomfortably warm at 27 degrees Celsius. It should be noted that the air conditioning is not available during this season. While we did appreciate the breakfast, we discovered that there are more affordable options in the vicinity if time is not a constraint.
Conveniently located near a metro station, the staff at this hotel were incredibly helpful during my stay. My single room had all the necessary amenities, but the lack of air conditioning made it a bit hot at around 25 degrees. The walls were also quite thin, so I could hear noise from other rooms at times. The breakfast buffet was enjoyable, but at 14e per person, I found better value for money at a nearby cafe where I could get a coffee, sandwich and fruit juice for just 5e. The rooms were cleaned daily and I appreciated the fresh towels each day, although it was a bit unexpected given Barcelona's water problems.
The location of the hotel was ideal, as it was surrounded by a variety of shopping and dining options. This made it a convenient choice for a vacation stay. Additionally, it was within walking distance of Plaza Catalunya and also near Passige de Gracia. We were pleasantly surprised to find that it was just a few meters away from Casa Mila and Casa Batlo as well.
This hotel offers a peaceful stay in the heart of the city, with a warm and hospitable staff. Perfect for those traveling for business, the check-in and check-out process was quick and efficient. Our top floor room boasted a beautifully furnished balcony overlooking the mountains. The room was tidy and featured a comfortable king size bed, providing ample space for two. While the Wi-Fi was satisfactory, the lighting could use some improvement for night-time use. The hotel offers a daily buffet breakfast with tasty options that vary each day, including both hot and cold selections. Upon request, we were provided with an electric kettle; however, it was slightly rusty so we returned it. They promised to send a new one, but unfortunately, it slipped their minds. The presence of two elevators was a convenient feature of the hotel.
This hotel was in a fantastic location, just a short walk from Casa Battló and the city center. The room was cozy and the breakfast was delicious. However, what really stood out was the staff. The receptionist, waiters, and cleaning ladies were all incredibly kind and caring. It's not often that you come across such wonderful people, so thank you for making our stay even more enjoyable!
