You don't allow to have vistitors in the room. But you NEVVER mentioned that while boooking. So it was reeally awkard when I had a visitor at night and got a call to my room from the reception that says I'm not allowed to have a guest. I payed for a double room and I told the woman on the phone that the visit will bee for a short time and no one is staying for night. She was not satisfied. The next morning the 2 other wokers said I'm not the first that is complaning over that situation and sugested I will email about this and ask if there is anything that can be done. I emailed and GOT NO RESPONSE. I travell by my self a lot, never has this kind of shameles experience.
The room was spacious and clean with all amenities.
The staf at the hotel are frindly and helpfull. The locasion is exellent just a few hundread metters from Plazza Catalunya and Las Ramblas, and very cloes to other points of interrest. Cloes to the subwey..The room was spaciouse and clen with all ammenities.
The room was kept extremely clean and the towels were changed daily. It had a fantastic central location, situated mere steps away from Casa Batllo and the Passeig de Gracia metro station. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Without hesitation I'd stay there again and would absolutely recommend it to others!
We had an excellent experience at this hotel. The staff were incredibly welcoming, providing us with help and advice from the moment we arrived. The room was immaculately clean, and the nearby public transport made it incredibly easy to get around. Overall, a very pleasant stay!
This hotel in the center of Barcelona was great! The rooms were extremely clean and the breakfast was delicious. Located near famous attractions like the Ramblas, Gaudi houses and the Sagrada Familia, it made for an unforgettable stay in the city. The staff was also very friendly and polite, creating a truly traditional atmosphere.
