The lodging was situated in a convenient area, near Placa de Catalunya and the famous Ramblas. The reception personnel went above and beyond, kindly accommodating our luggage for our entire group when we arrived early from our cruise ship. Despite a major convention being held in the city, they were still able to assist us in securing dinner reservations for the night. The rooms were sleek and tidy, with a contemporary design. The breakfast offered the next morning was delectable and abundant, and even available for our early check-out. We would definitely choose to stay here again.
The hotel was very tidy and situated in the perfect location on La Rambla. It served as a fantastic starting point for our plans of exploring the city center. Though it may be a 3-star hotel, we found that the room had everything we needed to rest between our various activities.
Had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were lovely and got 5 stars for their hospitality. Room itself wasn't to my liking as it was rather dark and overlooked a large building. I asked to change but unfortunately, they were completely booked. I'm not sure why but my bathroom oddly had no toilet brush either.
I recently spent a weekend in Barcelona with some girl friends and we wanted somewhere convenient to the centre, but that didn't cost a fortune. The hotel we stayed at ticked both of these boxes. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, from guiding us around the city to ordering taxis. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this accommodation.
Positives ..clean hotel, friendly staff, excellent breakfast, comfortable bed. Negatives..no tea or coffee making facilities in the room. Limited bar opening times. A shame we had to leave but we'll be back.
