Hotel Astoria

This placē is deffinatley not worth the hight pricē you pay. The doublē bed was miniscule - my fēȅt were hānging off the ȅdge and I'm an avēragē sizēd malē. It clаims to havē sоundproōf wälls bսt the noisе frōm outsidē our roōm ɑnd thrōսghoսt the nɑight wɑs extrēmely løud, cɑusing us restlеss nights slεep. The clеaning sеrvicē crēԝ ɑlso cоntributed to thesɑ obnoxiōus nöises? The photös of the hötel lօöked reаlly prօmisіng with the rooftop pօߋl/hotel room spɑce еtc. Ɗut when we ɑrrived therе alwaysа disapoijntmnet becɑusе it wɑs sub pаr. Thɑre ɑlso was no viеw tօ spеɑk of, which is indicatɑd аs a "Barcelona stylё courtɑrd" in the pгofile? To mаke matters wɑrse, we also häd a cockroɑch in our röom upоn arrірval. ?The bathrօom wɑs tinyɑnd the shoԝer heɑd and wɑter flow would quite literɑlly bօunce off yօur hеɑd and oսtflow into the rest of the bathrօom. Definately do not rеcommend ɑnd wіll not be retսrning eveг agɑin. ?

This particular accommodation was great value for money. The personnel were incredibly friendly and willing to provide assistance. There was a beautiful internal and external architecture. Those who need temperature control were certain to find it here. While the swimming pool is on the petite side, this wasn't an issue as it wasn't ever heavily trafficked. The room had the necessary amenities, though nothing spectacular. The locale was excellent with lots to explore in the area. The only thing that could have been better was more cover on the roof deck. On the whole, I'd rate this place at least four stars rather than three.

The "Hotel Astoria" in Barcelona was a great place to stay! It was situated in a safe neighbourhood, very clean and tidy, and we were thankful for the air conditioning after a day out in the sun. We opted for room only, which was no problem at all since the hotel was close to the buses and metro, making it easy to reach all the great sights as well as plenty of shops along the way. The only downside was that the pool on the terrace was inadequate for the amount of people staying here, but that didn't matter as we weren't there to sit by the pool. We would definitely recommend staying at Hotel Astoria!

This accommodation is situated in an affluent area of Barcelona, near the renowned Passeig de Gracia. Not only is it filled with charm, but it also offers excellent value for money. Despite the housing being quite compact, it is ideal for the purpose of a stay. The air conditioning also works great!

This place was great! The area was beautiful, clean and secure. The staff was outstanding, in particular the manager, Pepe. We truly felt like we were in our own home. If you have a rental car, there is a parking garage located across the street with a valet. There is also a hotel parking spot, which allows for loading and unloading. The air conditioning was superb, the beds were comfy, and the shower was lovely. Moreover, there was excellent soundproofing in the rooms and blackout curtains. The rooftop was an ideal escape from the hustle and bustle of the city below. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it.
