This accommodation offers a comfortable stay with an attentive and helpful team. The rooms include a great bed that ensures a restful sleep, while the hotel is conveniently located close to the city centre and Sagrada Familia, which can be reached within a 30-minute walk. Furthermore, a nice breakfast was served at the hotel. All in all, I had a pleasant time.
Overall fine, perfect location, not too many tourists. However, the cleaning service didn't provide us with clean glasses for the whole week! We had to use the same four glasses for all drinks, water, cola and champagne. We even left a note, but it didn't seem to make any difference. The bathroom had some minor issues, but overall, the stay was satisfactory.

We recently stayed at the Hotel Astoria for a 4-night stay and left feeling very impressed! We were a bit skeptical at first due to some of the reviews, but we were pleasantly surprised by the hotel. Our room was spacious and clean, on the second floor at the front of the hotel and it had the ‘wow’ factor. The staff were smart and helpful, and despite reviews about noise from the traffic being an issue, we had no problem sleeping or enjoying our stay in the city. Barcelona is a vibrant city and there was obviously a lot of traffic, however, we barely noticed. My wife and I have been travelling for over 50 years and this hotel really made us feel special. We would highly recommend and rate the Hotel Astoria as an excellent place to stay.
Second stay at Hotel Astoria was great! Service was very friendly and helpful, the rooms were spotless and the marble was stunning. The bar was cosy and relaxed and the roof pool was great, even though the weather was a bit too cold. It's a great location, with everything you could need nearby and there are plenty of taxis just outside the door that the hotel can book if required. This time I stayed longer and used the facilities more, so I'm delighted to give it a five-star rating and highly recommend it to others.
We were able to walk to the main shopping street and all the other city attractions. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to all families.
We absolutely loved the Hotel Astoria! Our family had a wonderful time during our stay, and the hotel exceeded our expectations. Everything was perfect - from the spacious, comfortable room with a king-sized bed and two twin-sized beds for the kids to the extra storage in the closets and hallway between the rooms. Our favorite part was the terrace overlooking the street, complete with a small pool on the roof. Plus, the accessibility of the hotel was amazing, we were close to the shopping and all the attractions the city had to offer. We were so happy with our experience here and would definitely recommend it to other families, and we plan to come back ourselves in the future!
