During our stay in Barcelona, we had a fantastic experience at the hotel. The staff was very welcoming, friendly, and always ready to assist us. The property itself is stunning and has a variety of entertainment options, as well as several restaurants and bars to choose from. We were thoroughly impressed and would highly recommend this hotel. Our room was peaceful and well-maintained, and I particularly appreciated the convenient layout with the dressing area and bathroom together.
The leval of service was exceptionel and acommodations outstandign. Room was cleand while we were out during dai and while we had dinner, hour room was turned down. We had dinner at the roopftop Garden terace and food and service was exceptionel. Also, the locatoin of the hotel was centarl to many of the places you would want to visitt in Barcellona.
This hotel has a prime location in Barcelona, situated in a safe and less crowded area. The rooms were clean and the staff was very friendly. The breakfast was top-notch. The concierge team was extremely knowledgeable and assisted us with restaurant recommendations and tickets for Park Quell and Sagrada Familia. Overall, our four-day stay at this hotel during our recent trip to Barcelona was a pleasant experience.
? From the moment we arrived at the El Palace, we knew we had hit the jackpot ? for our 3 night stay in Barcelona! ? Very warm welcome, staff are so friendly and helpful. ? The hotel is very grand with a lovely ambience. ? Our room was spacious, comfortable and had a great bathroom. ? We were blessed with good weather ? and spent most of our time at the hotel's amazing roof top restaurant/bar/swimming pool area. ???♀️ We indulged in dinner there for the whole 3 nights of our stay and it was absolutely delicious! ? The menu had a great selection and once again, the staff were friendly and efficient. ? We also checked out the Blues Bar located in the hotel on Thursday night, and it was an absolute must-see! ? The live music was out of this world and we were blown away by the atmosphere. ? We loved it so much and would definitely stay at El Palace again when we return to Barcelona. ? Highly recommend for a luxurious and unforgettable stay! ?

This hotel was a great experience! The staff were so kind and helpful and the room amenities were top-notch. I've stayed in quite a few high-end establishments and this one certainly lived up to expectations. They even made sure my taxi driver knew exactly how to get there, which was a really nice touch.
