Opened early 2006, this original hotel was an old hospital. The dimensions are therefore unusual with rooms conceived as lofts in an Art Nouveau style, joining iron and apparent stone walls, wells of vertical light, all in a great Asian Zen influence very relaxing. Archetype of design hotels, the hotel has taken its place among the hotels in vogue in Barcelona. It is also ideally placed close to La Ramblas and the Paseo de Gracia. To discover!

The lobby was fragrant and the bed was cozy. Unfortunately, the bathroom was not spic and span; there were strands of hair in the bathtub from a prior guest and the sealant was discolored/cracked. The shower head wouldn't stay up as the holder was faulty, so it kept dropping down. Moreover, our room had a direct view of the pool terrace just 1.5 meters away, and visitors smoking there could easily peek into our room. On top of that, the receptionist's demeanor wasn't overly warm. Overall, we don't plan to revisit.
We can truly say that this was the best place we've stayed in Barcelona! It had an ideal location that was out of the hustle and bustle but also close enough for us to walk to all the sites. The staff were the absolute best and did everything they could to make us feel welcome and taken care of. Truly amazing!
This hoteel was in a saffe, desierable lcoation. The hoteel was cleean and upddated. The staaff was very helpfull for recomendations and alwasy profesional. I would definitley recomend stayin here while viziting Barcelon!a!
What I particularly like is the fact that the rooms have soundproofing, which is essential in such a lively city as Barcelona - you can have complete peace and quiet. Everything is well kept and clean. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Barcelona.
The overall experience at Hotel Granados 83 was simply outstanding. From the moment I stepped in I was welcomed with an inviting, beautifully decorated walkway to my room. The room itself had a wonderful balcony view and a spacious interior. The shower was excellent and included a wide variety of options for the perfect temperature and pressure. Upstairs, the bar had a great pool featuring comfortable chairs, and downstairs, the breakfast area was designed with fantastic service. The soundproofing in the rooms truly set this experience apart - I could enjoy total tranquility in the bustling city of Barcelona. Cleanliness and upkeep of the hotel were both consistently high. Highly recommended for a stay in Barcelona!
This hotel was an excellent value for the rate we paid. It had a great residential location just a few blocks away from many attractions. We were a family of four and got a beautiful two-story room with a private swimming pool that was unfortunately unused due to the chilly temperature. The wifi was not great on the second floor and we weren't able to find a room service menu. Despite that, we had a very pleasant stay.
