During our recent trip to Barcelona, my family and I decided to try out a new hotel. We settled on one located in a great spot for winter visits, and we were not disappointed. The staff, with special mention to Valerie, were incredibly kind and helpful. Any issues we had were promptly resolved. We can't wait to come back and stay here again!
Our stay was nothing short of perfect. The room was great, and the location couldn't have been better. If you're looking for a good place to stay in BCN, this is definitely a top choice. It's conveniently close to the metro and situated in one of the best areas for both tourism and shopping. We especially loved the rooftop, which was the perfect spot to enjoy a cold beer.
?Our stay in Barcelona was simply flawless!? The staff were amazing, always friendly and went above and beyond to make our time there enjoyable.? The hotel's location was ideal, right in the heart of the city.? We were so grateful for all the little touches that made our stay even better.? Definitely planning on coming back soon!?
This hotel has both positive and negative aspects. On the plus side, the location is fantastic - just a short walk to popular attractions like Casa Mila and Casa Batllo, and with easy access to public transportation. The receptionists were also very friendly and helpful, providing us with water and soap when we needed it, and even replacing a malfunctioning hair dryer. The breakfast buffet, although at an extra cost, was delicious.
However, there were a few downsides to our stay. The room was quite small for three people and I ended up hurting myself on the sharp edge of the bed, which was covered with a pillow and not easily visible. This could be a concern for families with young children. Additionally, the room service was lacking - we had to call the front desk every night to request extra soap, and the bath gel and shampoo were not refilled during our five-night stay. Lastly, the amenities in the room were not in the best condition - the hair dryer made strange noises and eventually stopped working altogether. The walls were also quite thin, so noise from neighboring rooms could be heard at times.
The hotel's location was superb, the check-in process was welcoming and efficient. The convenience of having a hop-on/hop-off station just across the street made it easy to explore the city. There was also plenty of shopping options nearby. A special shoutout to the staff, particularly Anaïs, Raman, and Armand, for their outstanding teamwork.
