After much consideration, we went with the hotel we chose and were immensely pleased with our stay! It's in a perfect area, away from busy tourist spots, surrounded by luxurious stores. Our group of five included one person in a wheelchair, and the rooms were modern, tidy, and huge. The hotel was close to plenty of restaurants and a short distance from the hop-on/hop-off bus. We also had easy access to cabs to visit the Sagrada Familia. Every night we ended our day up on the high-rise bar, a beautiful spot to sightsee the city. We were welcomed by Maria each night, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The front-desk staff were very friendly and accommodating, and we would definitely recommend this place.
The staff at this establishment were nothing but courteous and helpful. The spot is incredibly handy, lined up close to Gaudi houses and the shopping area on Passeig de Gracia, only a brief walk from the old city, and nearby Passeig de Gracia metro station, where you'll also find major local trains. The roof-top terrace bar is a perfect spot for having a gathering and taking it easy. The only downside - you have to be careful of the pigeons in the event you eat breakfast outside.
Great customer service!
Just ended a 9 night stay in Barcelona and this hotel was in an excellent position to see all the city's attractions. We had some issues with our air conditioning in the room one night but the staff handled it really well, providing us with a portable unit and Valerie in reception even made sure it was in full working order the following morning. Pol at check-in was also super helpful and friendly. All in all it was a great experience with great customer service!
This accommodation was a great choice for our holiday. The location was perfect for exploring the city and the room was superb for our family of five. It was a clever design, with two separate rooms connected by a corridor. To top it off, there was a rooftop bar with wonderful views of the city, perfect for unwinding with a drink after a day out.
We absolutely LOVED our stay! The location was unbeatable - everything was within walking distance or a quick cab ride away. We especially enjoyed the rooftop terrace/bar, which had stunning 360 views and live music, plus delicious drinks and snacks. The complimentary water at the front desk was a nice bonus. Inside, the breakfast area was ample and there was even a sunny courtyard to enjoy the meal. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. We can't recommend this place enough - it was perfect and we'd definitely stay here again!
