Words alone cannot describe the customer service at this boutique hotel. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible and were incredibly friendly, providing lots of great advice about places to eat in the city and making reservations at restaurants for us. The rooms are kept very clean, and the hotel even boasts a terrace with incredible views of Barcelona. I would gladly come back to the city and stay at this hotel again without any hesitation.
We spent four nights at this beautiful centrally located hotel. The reception was amazing and the staff were both welcoming and helpful. We enjoyed the complimentary tasty breakfast every morning. There were plenty of shops, restaurants and public transport at our doorstep as well as historic sites. On the plus side, the rooftop bar had a spectacular view along with delectable tapas and Sangria. Unfortunately, the air conditioning didn't work well but we would definitely come back. Many thanks to everyone!.
It's worth booking this place! It truly exceeded our expectations. The staff (Armand, Robert, and Valerie) provided incredible assistance. When we were running late for a reservation at La Sagrada Familia, they stepped outside to secure 2 cabs for us, as we were having difficulty finding one. Such service is hard to come by, especially compared to the experience we had in Madrid. We are very grateful for their help and kindness. We will most certainly visit again and stay here when we return to Barcelona!
At this hotel, the reception staff were very friendly and professional, but there were some disappointments. Our room with a terrace was unfortunately unusable for three days due to the smell of cannabis being smoked by other guests. The maid on our floor also grimaced when opening a door on our floor, which showed how unpleasant it was if you were not a user. The air conditioning was also poor and barely noticeable. Furthermore, their breakfast was below average as items had to be continually replenished, making it a less than ideal start to the day. Location and cleanliness were positives, but this trip has made us reconsider if we will be returning in the future. Thus, we give this 3 stars.
This accommodation proved to be an excellent choice. Its proximity to the places we wanted to visit and the Metro station was outstanding, only a 3 minute walk away. The rooms were roomy and very comfortable. Best of all, the service from the front desk staff was outstanding and they were more than willing to go the extra mile to make our stay memorable. Highly recommended!
