This hotel boasts a fantastic location and friendly and helpful staff. Armando checked us in without a hitch and was more than happy to answer all our questions. Andrea was also very helpful, assisting us in getting a taxi during check out on the Sant Jordi holiday, when there were road closures. As an added bonus, the beds were comfortable and the teenagers in our party were particularly pleased with the accommodation. Highly recommended!
The room was really nice and clean, and the view of the Sagrada Familia was incredible! The two different types of pillows were comfort and convenience at its peak. Even though the room was perfectly clean, there were some additional toiletries missing, like a body milk. On top of that, the breakfast buffet was great and the coffee was divine!
Excellent location ?️ which was vital to us ?♂️. Room ?️ was spacious with plenty of light ?. Staff ? was friendly and very young ?. 24 hours service ?️ which obviously attracts young and vibrant clientele ?. Lifts ? are awful ?. Do not give the hotel staff your suitcase ?… it will take them hours to find them ?️…
We had an absolutely fantastic stay at the Hotel Royal Passeig de Gracia in Barcelona. The family rooms were incredibly comfortable, with ample storage space, which isn't always the norm in European hotels. The location of the hotel was perfect, located in a beautiful neighborhood and close to the city's main attractions. The breakfast was satisfactory and the staff at the front desk was incredibly friendly and helpful. We had an amazing experience and would definitely stay again! Many thanks.
I stayed at this hotel for three nights and was very impressed. All of the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, helping us with directions to attractions, as well as restaurant recommendations. They also sorted out an issue with our room safe promptly. We were in adjoining rooms and they were spacious, with two bathrooms - however, the air conditioning was only able to be set to 19 degrees, which was a bit too warm. It was worth it though, since the hotel was centrally located and surrounded by the highest-end shops. I highly recommend this hotel and would not hesitate to stay here again!
