This accommodation was in an excellent location, and the facilities were very comfortable. The staff were exemplary, the receptionist in particular being extremely helpful, courteous, kind and prompt in dealing with our requests. Additionally, they were more than willing to communicate in English. I would highly recommend this hotel.
I want to thank the staff of this lovely hotel, especially the staff in the dining room and reception, for their warm welcome every day and their willingness to help and guide us at any time of the day. I also want to thank a special man at the reception, Arnold I believe his name was, for his devoted attitude to the guests. The location is absolutely excellent, always clean and tidy. A very good choice indeed!
Beginning with the ideal location, outstanding professional staff, and comfortable accommodations, this charming boutique hotel should be rated 5 stars. The small size makes for a calm, relaxed atmosphere rather than a hectic, harried experience in a large hotel. Every request is granted graciously and quickly. The suites are beautifully furnished and immaculately clean - everything is well chosen from the mattresses, blackout drapes, bed and bath linens. The rooftop terrace is a delightful spot for a delicious tapas meal. The gym, though small, is adequately equipped. The Front Desk staff will gladly suggest good restaurants and sites - take their advice - you won't regret it! Book your Barcelona hotel here and you won't be disappointed.
We had a great stay at this hotel for four nights. Check-in was quick and efficient, and the staff were exceptionally kind and helpful. The rooms were very modern and comfortable, and our family room was able to comfortably fit five people. We were also fortunate enough to have an incredible view of Passeig de Gracia. On the rooftop we were provided with a free drink for apero at sunset, and it was an unforgettable experience. The price of the hotel was on the high side, however, befitting the location.
This hotel was a great choice for our stay in Barcelona. It was in an excellent location, very clean and comfortable, and the staff were so welcoming. There's a great roof bar too, with stunning views of the city. It was great value for money, as breakfast was included. We'd definitely recommend it to others.
