Hotel Royal Passeig de Gracia

This hotel is well located near all the sights. The decor of the rooms was very nice, however two friends were given a room with a window directly onto the bathroom, requiring us to be cautious of one another when using the restroom. On the first day, my wallet and room key went missing from a pickpocketer, and when I brought this up to the front desk, the staff quickly issued a replacement without asking for further credentials, which left us feeling uncomfortable with the security.

This hotel was excellent, particularly in terms of services, check-in, and comfortable room. The beds were incredibly comfortable. The location was fantastic, situated between Casa Batilò and La Pedrera, and it was very close to a metro station. The reception staff were both professional and humorous. The only downside was that breakfast was not included in the room rate.

This hotel was a great place to stay in an excellent part of Barcelona. The superior room with terrace that we had was just right for two people, and we were able to get in by 9am. The staff were terrific, especially Pol, and were really eager to help and answer any questions we had about the city. A special mention must go to the terrace bar/tapas bar, which has a wonderful view. Do bear in mind that it's open to non-guests and fills up quickly in the evening, so it's best to book a table early. The neighbourhood is full of high-end shops, delicious restaurants, and is a very safe place to be walking around in day or night. This hotel easily exceeded our expectations and made our stay in Barcelona a great one.

I can highly recommend this stylish hotel. It was immaculate and the air was always fragrant and inviting. The beds were a pleasure to sleep in and the spot was ideal. There is even a bar with fine beverages and tasty small bites (a bit pricy but you get a remarkable view in return). All the staff members were incredible, very amicable, and were able to help us with a few things. We were privileged to stay for 6 nights and were totally at ease.

We had the best time staying at this ?! The beds were comfy, the bathroom spacious and the AC was blissfully quiet. We especially appreciated the third person bed and the staff's helpfulness - Lenin was great giving us info about the metro and useful tips for buying tickets and visiting tourist sites. Christal was also fantastic, recommending La Flauta for tapas ? and always answering our questions with care. We booked tickets, had a great time and even after leaving the ? everyone agreed that we'd love to come back here in the future! ?????
