Our stay at this accommodation was fantastic. The room was spotless, the establishment has a modern feel and it was all very cozy. The staff went above and beyond, catering to our every need and providing great recommendations for dining experiences. One of our favorites was a tapas restaurant called La Flauta, which offered delicious dishes at reasonable prices. We were impressed by Valerie's seamless check in process, even though we arrived very early from our flight. On our departure day, there was a special event taking place, and Robert kindly went out of his way to arrange a taxi for us as it was difficult to find one. The location of the accommodation was in a stunning neighborhood, with two Gaudi buildings nearby and convenient shopping and abundant dining options. Our stay greatly contributed to our beautiful impression of Barcelona and made it an unforgettable experience.
My family and I reserved a room for all of us, and it exceeded our expectations. The location is unbeatable for tourists in Barcelona, with easy access to the hop on/hop off bus and a metro stop right nearby. The hotel itself is stunning and secure, and the staff were incredibly kind and accommodating.

The hotel is located on a posh street with plenty of luxury stores nearby, making it a convenient and central location with easy access to public transportation. The room looked slightly smaller than expected from the online photos, but it was still neat, cozy, and elegant. The bathroom was surprisingly large and contemporary. The temperature outside was quite warm during our October stay, and unfortunately, the room did not cool down enough for our comfort. We were concerned about how it would fare in the hot summer months. Towards the end of our visit, we encountered some issues with the elevator, as it could not be summoned to certain floors.
The reception staff was incredibly welcoming and accommodating. One staff member, in particular, went above and beyond to assist us in finding a taxi during a busy time. The rooms were spacious and my request for a room with a bathtub was graciously fulfilled. The breakfast offerings were diverse and satisfying. The rooms were kept immaculately clean and had a modern feel. The location on the bustling Passeig de Gracia shopping street was ideal. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for comfort, convenience, and safety.
