⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ My stay here was absolutely ??? The hotel is stunning, with a ? rooftop pool and the rooms are sleek and cozy. It feels like an ?️ art museum with its beautiful decorations throughout. The staff were so ? and accommodating, making my stay even more delightful. The location is perfect, with the ? Glow tower right across the street and the Barcelona bus terminal just a short walk away. I left feeling so ? and will definitely be returning on my next trip to Barcelona.

The service at this hotel was completely unacceptable. The staff was incredibly impolite and displayed a complete lack of professionalism. My attempts to address my concerns were met with disrespect and a dismissive attitude. In fact, one staff member even hung up on me while I was speaking to them. I highly suggest avoiding this hotel at all costs.

During our visit to Barcelona in September for my boyfriend's birthday, we stayed at a hotel that exceeded our expectations. The room was impressively clean, modern, and spacious. As planned, we spent most of our time at the rooftop pool, enjoying the stunning views. Surprisingly, it wasn't as crowded as we anticipated, which made our sunbathing sessions even more tranquil. The rooftop also offered a magnificent view of the sunset. We dined at the rooftop bar/restaurant once for lunch and the food was delightful. Needless to say, we would love to return and stay at this hotel again. Our trip to Barcelona was already special, but the hotel truly added to the experience. As an added touch, they even gifted us a bottle of Prosecco in the room for my partner's birthday. It was a lovely surprise.

This accommodation was comfortable and in a prime spot. However, the internet connection was abysmal. I struggled to operate my apps due to the frequent dropouts of the signal and would often find the programmes had closed due to the lack of connection. It is an issue I have experienced since last year and it has unfortunately still not been addressed. Terrible.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The rooms were kept spotless daily and the service was top notch. It was a peaceful setting, with no noise at night, and the staff were always willing to help out with a taxi or directions. Everyone working here is pleasant and well presented. I would certainly recommend this place, and would love to return in the future.
