Hotel SB Glow Sup

Staff was friendly and helpful. Internet worked fine. Breakfast and lobby level provided a nice environment. I would stay here again.

I was very pleasantly surprised by my stay at Hotel SB Glow **** Sup! The location was perfect and conveniently located, making it a great place to explore the city. The room was spacious and well-lit, perfect for getting some work done, and everything was super clean. The bed was very comfortable, and the shower was great, with the only downside being the see-through bathroom door. The staff was wonderful and were always on-hand to help with anything I needed. The internet worked perfectly, and the breakfast area was lovely and inviting. All-in-all, I could not have asked for a better stay - I would definitely recommend and return here again!

While my stay at Hotel SB Glow **** Sup wasn't as terrible as my first experience, it still only left me feeling indifferent. The reception staff were helpful and friendly, but the housekeeping was still lacking. My room was moderately clean, but the bathroom still had that same leak and the bed sheets were never changed. On top of this, I didn't get the same level of convenience that I was used to at the Gates Diagonal. All in all, my stay wasn't horrible, but it wasn't anything special. So despite being a regular visitor of Barcelona and wanting to try out this hotel, I'll be sticking to the Hoxton or looking for somewhere else to stay next time.

I had a very unpleasant experience at Hotel SB Glow. After having problems with the air conditioning in my room, I asked if I could change to another room, only to be told it was not possible. When I suggested a room could be allocated for later guests with time to fix the issue, the woman at reception was very rude and refused to even consider. The technician was very friendly but he could not fix it. I eventually got the opportunity to change rooms, but only after having already taken a shower, and the woman at reception seemed irritated at my questioning of why this wasn't available to me sooner. Overall, this was an incredibly disappointing experience and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

I recently took a trip to Barcelona and I chose to stay at the Hotel SB Glow **** Sup and I can confidently say it was the best decision I made on this trip! The accommodation and location were perfect - our double room was nicely decorated, spacious and the beds were super comfortable. In the morning, the buffet breakfast was delicious, giving us the energy to explore Barcelona. In the evening, we would return to the hotel's bar/restaurant for a few drinks and snacks, and the bar staff were so friendly and attentive that we felt as if we were part of the family. If we wanted to explore further, the taxi rank outside the hotel was extremely convenient. All in all, the hotel's service was fantastic and the staff were so accommodating. I would absolutely recommend staying here - don't let the negative reviews put you off!
