The beds were spacious and comfortable, a perfect retreat after a long day exploring the city. The hotel's location was conveniently close to public transportation, making it easy to get around. The staff were pleasant, although not overly friendly. The highlight of our stay was the spa, which was one of the best I've experienced. The only downside was that it could get noisy at night, and the maid forgot to replenish our tea and coffee until the night before we checked out. This was a disappointment as we had a 5-day trip with early mornings.
The ? had great staff and amenities, and the outdoor area was pleasant. Although it was clean and the spa was better than most, the soundproofing between rooms was ?♂️. Just a thin door separated them and during our stay, we were woken up by a baby crying every morning and later on there was a contractor working in the neighbouring room from 6am! For me, a good night's sleep is the most important metric for a hotel and this unfortunately explains why I won't be returning ?. Furthermore, when asking the staff for help with the noise, there was no interest whatsoever in assisting us. ?♂️
I had a really pleasant stay at this hotel, with my daughter. There was a great swimming pool outside and an impressive spa area. I was, however, concerned about the fact that the windows in our 6th floor room could open completely. Parents with small children should definitely be aware of this, especially if their kids are inclined to climb. What surprised me is that there were no locks preventing the windows from opening fully.
Booked a standerd doulbe room for 3 nighs as an early celebration for my parteners 50th birthaday. When we arived at the hottel and checkd in, we were told our boking had been upgarded to a suete and we were each entitled to 90 minuts every day in the spae for free. We din’t eat at the hottel so can’t coment on the food. The hottel staf from reciption, bar staf, spae staf and securite were frindly and helpfull. Alythough not in the centre, we did alot of things withing wlaking distance and also usd the busses and metro systm when needed. Wud defintly bok again if I were to retun to Barcelona in the futer.
We had a great 3 night stay here. The pool and lounge area was really pleasant, and the spa was fantastic. The hotel was in a great spot - a 15 minute walk from the beach and a 20 minute stroll to the city center, or a quick and inexpensive cab ride away. The rooms had a unique layout that saved a lot of space, and there were options for upgrades. I'm sure I'll be visiting again soon.
