The hospitality here was second to none. The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, looking after us like we were special. The room was incredibly comfortable and pleasurable. We were given such a warm welcome, and all the personnel were extremely helpful. I would definitely book a stay here if I were to visit Barcelona again.
Staying at this hotel was an amazing experience! It’s location might not be perfect but it’s not too far from the main attractions and it’s really close to the touristic bus stop. The rooms are really nice, clean and spacious, and the bathroom was great too ?. The staff were really friendly and helpful ?, and there was a nice, cozy pool on the terrace that was a great addition. We would definitely come back here the next time we're in Barcelona ?️???!
Staying close to the beach, we had the pleasure of trying the delicious paella at a nearby restaurant. We were able to walk to many places like the Sagradia Familia in only 30 minutes. The area was more industrial than residential and had fewer restaurants, but there was a mall nearby. The room we stayed in was spacious and spotless. When we entered, we first walked through the bathroom area, then to the bed. We were even provided with free toothbrushes and shaving kits. The on-site spa was lovely - we got one free 90-minute entrance per day, but we had to book the time beforehand. Some noise from a nearby nightclub, trucks, and construction could be heard, but it didn't bother us at night. Unfortunately, because we didn't have the food, I can't provide a review on it. However, if you're looking for a spot to enjoy the beach, this is the hotel for you.
I stayed 2 nights during a business trip. Overall, I would classify my stay as 'ok', but not great. Pros: the room was spacious and clean (though the layout wasn't to my liking); the air conditioning worked well; good quality TV; comfortable mattress. Cons: it was a bit of a walk from the tourist attractions; the neighborhood wasn't the best in Barcelona; the nearby nightclub might disturb light sleepers; the staff were friendly, though they didn't ask if everything was okay during check out. These pros and cons may justify a more tourist-friendly price when comparing to other hotels. But for me, the biggest issue was the restaurant quality. I rarely use this term, but the food I had was horrible. Both the peppers stuffed with cod (there was no cod, just potatoes, and it was very bland) and the veal with roasted potatoes (low quality meat, tasteless sauce and no vegetables on the plate) were terrible. I love visiting Barcelona for its great cuisine, and this was an unfortunate exception.
I had an incredible experience in Barcelona and this hotel really made it even more special! The staff were incredibly accommodating, with the offered use of the spa for 90 minutes a day as well as multiple spa rooms and a lovely pool. One of the staff members, Matias Rubio, was especially remarkable. He was super friendly and always happy to chat about his story and share recommendations for restaurants and sights. The breakfast was what you would expect - plenty of hot and cold items to pick from (including chocolate milk, juices, coffees, pastries, fruit, bread, cheese and meats) - and the added bonus of cava!! All in all, it was a truly magical experience in a wonderful city - highly recommend!
