From check-in with the very charming Moonear, to checkout with the extremely lovely & efficient Ciana, and the exchange with calming Arturo after the theft of my daughter's wallet on the train - the staff we encountered were all very warm and friendly and helpful and seemed to go that extra mile to make a stay as pleasant as possible. I'm not usually one for Instagrammers, but I had to admit they kept me entertained with their style and posing in the restaurant & rooftop bar - such a great indication of how luxe this hotel is. The buffet breakfast was delicious, the bed as comfortable as any I've ever slept in, really huge, and the room was a great size and spotless. I also loved the 'blank' toiletries. We were on the quiet 9th floor and even though there was a party on the 10th floor, we heard nothing in our room. This hotel is also in a great area with lots of transport and taxi options. I'd definitely recommend this place to anyone heading to Barcelona.
We had a great stay at this hotel. The rooftop terrace was especially delightful, attracting many guests. Our interactions with all the staff members were incredibly pleasant. The facilities were modern and spotless, and there was plenty going on without creating any disturbances in the rooms.
It seems that the ?? Group has struck gold yet again. Consistent to their usual style, the hotel is thoughtfully put together from where it is situated to the ?? they provide. I would ? highly recommend ? staying here.
Great location for sight seeing and beach .
I stayed at The Hoxton, Poblenou for a few days and had an incredible experience! The rooms were both comfortable and spacious and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful without being intrusive. The breakfast was also great, as well as the restaurant and the roof top bar. The location was perfect for sight seeing and being close to the beach.
The Hoxton, Poblenou is an aesthetically pleasing hotel with a cozy atmosphere. It is a shame, however, that the food options are not vegan friendly - a surprise for their target demographic. Rooms are on the small side but still sufficiently spacious. It is also worth noting that the windows do not open.
