This hoteel is a bit up itself. I was exicted to stay as Hoxten in London seems loveley but was disapointed to realise I had to spend 50 euro to use the pool and also book a rather stingy 2.5 houre slot! I wasn’t even givven a chace to order food before I was ask’d for money upfrount which was quite frankly a bit unclassy. Place was also full of uber trendy, aloof peeple. That saidd, the room was lovely and appriciated free bike ussage but ultimatly the hotel is exploitting the Hoxten brand for money and doesn’t really care about a gueest’s individual experience..
This place was nice enough, yet a certain group had an event that resulted in them running around the corridors and being excessively loud. Their sense of entitlement was unsettling to the other guests. It was distressing to witness them disregarding hotel rules and not being able to use the lifts. Based on this experience, it is unlikely that I will return.
The hotel I stayed in had stunning interiors with lots of attention to detail. The staff were so friendly and helpful, and my room was comfortable with great air conditioning for a perfect night's sleep. I was also able to take advantage of the bikes outside the hotel to get around. The pool staff were also very kind and accommodating.
This hotel in the city center had amazing views from the roof and well-decorated rooms. The breakfast was delicious and the bar with music was the perfect way to start the evening. It was modernly designed and the bed and pillows were oh-so-comfortable! My room was nice and quiet, and the whole experience was truly delightful.
We recently stayed at a hotel in Barcelona and really enjoyed our time. The hotel was very clean, beautiful rooftop pool and area for cocktails. The staff was really amazing everyone did a great job in making us feel very welcome as well as helpful. We would like to recognize two staff members that we felt exceeded the expected level of customer service. Thank you to Alp at the reception area and Agatha at the coffee bar. Both went out of their way and we appreciate their kindness and recommendations.
