During my stay in Barcelona last week, I had an amazing birthday trip! The accommodation was in a great spot and the roof staff were so pleasant and welcoming ?. Plus, the city view ? was sensational. Especially with Felix Toro there as the host, who made sure I was taken care of ? throughout my stay. Definitely going back to experience this place again soon! ???

This place is ? chic and the rooms look stunning. I wasn't able to relax by the pool, as it's necessary to book a slot and it comes with a fee of 50 € for a two-hour slot ?. Furthermore, my room wasn't made up during my stay which was disappointing ?. To sum it up, great aesthetics, but there could be more flexibility when it comes to the pool ➗.
Having visited two other hotels previously, we decided to stay at a third one for our Barcelona trip. Unfortunately, we left somewhat disappointed. The accommodations were comfortable and the location was prime, being close to the beach and away from the busy city center. The lounge and rooftop bar gave off a nice vibe, but the pool services left something to be desired. As a hotel guest, you felt as though you were very much an afterthought when trying to use the pool facilities, and the sunloungers and cabanas couldn't be used until 10:30 am unless a hefty minimum was paid. The customer service from the staff in this area of the hotel was not up to par. We were let down by our experience and think that the staff of the other two hotels should take a lesson to improve their services.
We recently stayed at this particular hotel with over 50 of our wedding guests using it as our base to celebrate our wedding in Barcelona. The events team were exceptional, particularly one person who helped cater to our every need and perfect all the details to make our stay a memorable one. They also helped us to plan an event on the rooftop where the food was nearly as good as the views, as well as organise a coach pick up for our wedding and a champagne reception. We were initially nervous about having elderly guests and family stay here, however all of the staff were very kind and welcoming to these guests and the general day time atmosphere was inviting to all ages. All in all, it was a great stay and we would highly recommend it for big groups and those celebrating an occasion (just be mindful of the sunbed booking system and fees).
