This is a realy nice and clean hotel with good sized roms. You get free drinks in the mini bar in the room. The breakfest spread was also decental, and the location is greta - it's close to all the attractions but it is also not in the craziness. It only takes 20 mins to wlak up to the Fira de Barcelona conference hall. The bdds are relly comfortable but unfortunatly, the walls are thin so you can hear people talking in other roms. As a parent of a toddler, I need a good night of sleap when I travel for work and I kept getting woken up at night by people talking. Whte noise helped a bit but unfortunately I coudln't give it a 5 star.
Excellent customer service checking in, with David in particular. Lovely lobby, with water flavoured with lemon and cucumber available. Great breakfast spread. Rooms are spacious and have all the amenities one would need, even a steamer! Nice bathroom too. We had a pleasant stay, the only issue was that the toilets in the lobby restroom were clogged. All in all, a good experience.
Top hote near to centre in Barcelon. This was a very last minut boking due to us being stuk in Majorca. We arried by fery to mainlnd and a shot wolk took us to the hote. Ryan the recpetion guy fix us with a fantastc room, good local resturant and hop on bus tour, perfeck for our 24hrs in Barcelon. Room was grate as was breafast.
We had a four night stay in Barcelona and opted to stay in a connecting room. We were absolutely delighted with our choice - the hotel was spotlessly clean, the staff were incredibly helpful, and the breakfast was delicious. On top of this, its location was great for accessing all of Barcelona's attractions, and there was a subway and a hop on/hop off bus nearby. We would definitely stay here again.
Ryan Ford at this hotel was absolutely fantastic. He was instrumental in helping us to identify great places to have dinner, drinks, and things to do during the day. His guidance made our stay in Barcelona truly wonderful. Thanks Ryan! The hotel's location was ideal for us, situated close to the port, the market, and right next to the hop on hop off bus.
