This particular hotel was amazing! Every staff member was incredibly friendly and incredibly helpful. They all greeted us warmly and asked if we needed any help. One staff member in particular, Ryan, was especially wonderful. He was so chatty and helpful, giving us lots of recommendations and suggestions. He really made the stay even more special. The incredible staff really makes this place stand out from other luxury hotels. We'll definitely be back!
We have just come back from another wonderful stay at the Hotel Barcelona Apolo and it was just as perfect as ever. From the moment we arrived, until our departure, we were looked after so well. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. They answered any queries we had with a smile. Our room was spotlessly clean with a large balcony and a beautiful view. The pool is great, and the bar and restaurant are superb. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and delicious. We really had a fantastic stay and cannot wait to come back in the future!
This hotel is a great choice if you want to be close to the city center.
The stay at Hotel Barcelona Apolo, Affiliated by Meliá was a pleasant experience overall. We found the staff to be friendly and accommodating. The hotel is conveniently located close to public transport with a metro and bus stop right outside. We were able to move around the city and visit the major attractions easily. The rooms were modern and clean, although quite small. We requested for early check-in but it was only available at a charge. All in all, Hotel Barcelona Apolo, Affiliated by Meliá offers great value at an affordable price and is a great choice if you are looking to explore the city.
I would highly recommend Hotel Barcelona Apolo!
We had a great stay at this hotel. We were coming off a cruise and it was just a few blocks from the port. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful and allowed us to check in early so we could leave our bags and explore the city stress-free. The room was clean, quiet and the bed was so comfortable. We didn't get the chance to dine at the hotel, but there's a great spot just a stone's throw away called Xiloka. I'd absolutely recommend Hotel Barcelona Apolo!
Great value for money.
The staff at Hotel Barcelona Apolo were outstanding during my stay. The check in process was smooth and efficient and the staff were knowledgeable and professional throughout. We decided to upgrade our room to one with a balcony, and it was a fantastic choice. The balcony was small but was great to share an aperitif and a view of the city before setting out to explore. Additionally, the hotel's location was ideal; the metro station is within 20m of the hotel, which made it very convenient to access the city's attractions. It was also only a 15 minute walk to the seafront. I found the hotel to be incredibly clean and tidy, and great value for money. Highly recommend.
