The location of this hotel is ideal, just a short walk from Las Ramblas. However, the convenience comes at a price, as the rates are a bit steep. Our room was satisfactory, but nothing to write home about. The modern bathroom was clean and came equipped with a hair dryer. It was disappointing to see a coffee machine provided, but no kettle. On the plus side, a safe was included in the room. We opted to have breakfast at the hotel on our first day, but found it to be overpriced. We ended up going out for the rest of our stay and found better value elsewhere. The reception staff were mostly fluent in English and generally helpful. They have a luggage room where you can store your belongings in a locked locker for a fee of 2 euros. Free wifi was also provided. Overall, our stay was satisfactory, but we ultimately chose to spend our money elsewhere for better value.
? This hotel was a good base for exploring Barcelona! Just a short walk to Las Ramblas and the Liceu Metro station ?♂️The Gothic Quarter and the Old Port were also within walking distance, about 10 and 15 minutes away respectively. ? The hotel itself was like a maze of hallways, but our room on the third floor was cozy and had all the necessary amenities like AC, WiFi, and a safe. ☕️ Unfortunately, the coffee machine was a waste of space and there was no kettle for tea as advertised on their website. The bathroom, however, was excellent. ? We tried the buffet breakfast once, but the small breakfast room and overpriced options were too hectic for us. ? The reception staff were helpful, though, and we appreciated that. ? On the rooftop, there was a tiny pool and bar, as well as some sun loungers for a bit of relaxation ?
The Leonardo Hotel Barcelona Las Ramblas is an excellent choice for a city break. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and the Comfort Room was more than enough for our needs. It was a decent size, but unfortunately lacked any drawers which was strange for us. Within the room was a coffee machine, but no kettle, which was a shame. The room also came with a safe and an excellent bathroom. The Breakfast offered was a good variety, but at 15 Euros each it was a bit on the pricey side. Despite a couple of small issues, the location was perfect and we definitely would not hesitate to stay here again.
I am very happy with this accommodations location and amenities. It is nicely decorated and spotless. The amenities were great for a relaxing afternoon by the rooftop pool. I am extremely pleased that my request for a balcony and late check out were met. I highly suggest this place.
This accommodation was ideal for a short stay and conveniently located just around the corner from the main area. Unfortunately, I cannot comment on the food, but I was let down by the swimming pool, which was more akin to a small pond. Besides that, the staff were friendly and the room was satisfactory.
