We stayed for 5 nights as a family of 4 at this accommodation. The room was plenty spacious enough to accommodate all of us, and it was tidied up daily. The location was just a few steps away from Las Ramblas and had a convenient access to the metro or bus services. The rooftop pool was great for young children, although it wasn't a proper swimming pool, it was nice to relax in on hot days. All in all we would recommend this hotel as the staff were very nice and accommodating.

well done!

This accommodation is located just a few minutes' walk away from Las Ramblas. The area could be better, but I still felt entirely safe. Everywhere in the building was spotless. The employees were extremely polite and helpful. When you enter the facility, you'll notice that it spreads across three connected buildings, which could be a bit strange. The double room I booked was as expected; not too big, but well equipped and well-maintained. It had a coffee machine (no kettle though), a hair dryer, and a mini fridge. The bathroom was a pleasant surprise, with plenty of space and good lighting. The hotel also provides complimentary apples and water, and the bed was very comfortable. There was a good amount of wardrobe space and the room was tidied up on a daily basis. The pool area is equipped with plenty of seating and it's ideal for a relaxing dip after a busy day. There's a small bar near the pool, and you can get towels from reception. We didn't eat at the hotel, but there are restaurants and a breakfast bakery really close. There are also two tiny bars at the end of the road. Lastly, the hotel offers lockers to anyone who needs to leave their luggage before going out or picking it up after, for a cost of €2. Ultimately, I have no complaints; the air con was good, it was quiet, and the staff were excellent… great job!

I booked a 3 night stay in a family room for my husband and I, and our 2 young children. We requested a family room specifically because my husband and I had booked a babysitter to watch our children in the evenings and our children fall asleep at different times. We arrived at the hotel after a delayed overnight flight, only to be told that the room cleaning was taking longer than expected and that we should go upstairs to the rooftop restaurant for lunch. We were told that a staff member would get us as soon as the room was ready. We conveyed the urgency of getting to the room because my 2 year old desperately needed to nap and we all wanted to shower and head out for a walking tour 3 hours later. The lunch took forever-- the service was terribly slow. It took over two hours to have a very small, cold meal. We still hadn't heard about our room and my 2 year old was miserably overtired and our walking tour was going to start soon. We went downstairs to the front desk and the manager told us that our room wouldn't be ready until the next day because there was, in fact, construction occurring in a family room and they overbooked the other family suites. We were told that the only room available was a small room with one bed (one bed would never work for my family of four). I ASKED WHY THEY DID NOT TELL US WHEN WE ARRIVED THAT THE ROOM WAS NOT AVAILABLE THAT NIGHT INSTEAD OF MAKING US WAIT TWO+ HOURS TO BE TOLD THE TRUTH THAT THEY OVERBOOKED AND DID NOT HAVE A ROOM FOR US! The manager did not have an answer, nor did he discount our unnecessary lunch on their rooftop. In those two hours, we could have found a different hotel in the area or attempted to find a spot to give our child a nap, but they were dishonest and wasted our time. We missed our pretty expensive, private walking tour. This hotel then offered to switch us to a family room in a different hotel. We took all of our luggage, jammed back into a taxi and headed off to a new hotel, which was far from the attractions we were in Barcelona to see. We wanted to be near the attractions so that we could walk to all of the sites in the Gothic Quarter, but now we were a 25-Euro and 20ish minute car ride away from where we wanted to stay. This new hotel was terrible. It was far from the attractions, there were no nearby places to stop to grab a quick dinner for my kids, the bathroom in our room had poop splatters, there were insects next to the kid's bed (see picture) and the A/C did not work. Additionally, in order to transport ourselves and our babysitter to and from this new hotel that was so far away from our activities, we spent several hundred Euros on taxis! I asked the manager if we could get a discount given all of the issues, the expensive taxi rides and the missed walking tour, and he was horribly mean. He informed me that the rooms in this hotel were more expensive than the rooms at the original hotel and that we technically had an upgrade, so a discount was not available. Eventually, we were given a 10% discount (which came out to 120 euro.... which did not even cover taxis, let alone all of the inconveniences). We were eventually told that we could move back to the original hotel two days later, but packing up all of our belongings and taking another taxi back to the initial hotel would have been absolutely exhausting. Our hotel experience resulted in a stressful Barcelona experience that was substantially costlier than expected due to taxis to some far-off sister hotel because they overbooked. The managers were not kind or helpful. We did not get accurately compensated for our troubles. And, the room was dirty. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!….

An amazing staff that really went above and beyond. Anything we asked for was granted, and they provided a lot of help. This hotel was immaculately kept and spotless. The food selection was amazing and the rooms were top notch. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed our four night stay at a hotel located in a great and central spot of Barcelona. As soon as we arrived, we felt welcomed and were able to leave our luggage there as our room wasn't ready yet. The room was cleaned and comfortable, and the air conditioning was perfect after a long day of walking in the sun. The breakfast was scrumptious and we were especially grateful for Veronica, who was so hospitable and gave us great advice on what restaurants to try. The rooftop pool area was awesome. We highly recommend this hotel and we hope to visit again. Thank you.
