Exceptional stay at Mandarin Oriental, Barcelona. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and very helpful. Every single person seemed genuinely interested in making our stay a pleasant one. The room was beyond expectations - spacious, modern and well-equipped. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom was the best we have experienced in a hotel. We were so impressed by the friendly and helpful concierge who gave excellent recommendations for our stay in Barcelona. This was our first experience of this hotel chain and it was simply perfect. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the city!

had to move rooms so that my daughter could stay at the hotel, but the staff organised to keep all of my belongings in the original room. I really appreciate the wonderful service that they provided.

My recent stay at Mandarin Oriental, Barcelona was a wonderful experience. The hotel staff definitely went above and beyond to make my stay there as pleasant and stress-free as possible. My daughter and I were celebrating her 22nd birthday, and the staff not only gave her a lovely gift of champagne and cake, but they were also incredibly helpful when I was unfortunately hit by a motorbike while crossing the street. Despite the short notice, they quickly moved my belongings to another room for my daughter to stay in and were incredibly understanding throughout the whole ordeal. The rooms were comfortable and tastefully decorated, and I especially enjoyed the modern sink. The staff were always friendly and accommodating, and I want to express my gratitude for the excellent service we were provided with. Highly recommended!

The room was beyond what we imagined and had high ceilings, modern decor, and loads of amenities. The staff was friendly, helpful and always so attentive. We felt so taken care of. And the views of Barcelona were stunning. We will definitely be back.

We had an amazing stay at Mandarin Oriental, Barcelona. Everything from the booking to the pick-up at the airport to the luxurious room exceeded our expectations. The staff was friendly, professional and always eager to help. The room was spacious, modern and had all the amenities we could have asked for. The views of the city were breathtaking and the attention to detail given by the hotel staff was impressive. We especially appreciate the transfer from the airport, as arriving from Honolulu we were tired and jet-lagged. The driver whisked us away to the hotel and everything was taken care of with no fuss. During our eight night stay, we were well-looked after, with prompt and reliable service that was never stuffy or over the top. We couldn't have asked for a better stay and will be sure to come again soon.

The location was perfect; situated on the prestigious Passeig de Gracia, it was easy to access the best attractions and dining options. During the Christmas period especially, the atmosphere was buzzing, and it was the perfect way to explore Barcelona. We had a truly wonderful stay and would highly recommend it to anyone.

I had an incredible stay at the Mandarin Oriental, Barcelona. The location was unbeatable - right in the city center and it was easy to get around. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and they welcomed us with complimentary snacks and coffee while we waited for our room to be ready. The room was luxurious, with all of the amenities you could think of, and the bed was so comfortable. The breakfast buffet was amazing and included everything you could want. To top it off, there was a spa, gym and swimming pools. The concierge was very helpful and organized taxis for our day trips. All in all, it was a wonderful stay and I would definitely recommend it!
