Staying at this particular hotel was not the best experience. Although the staff was kind, the area was ?. A "music" festival was taking place across the street, with ? young people and a metal recycling center full of ?. Not to mention that our room had a view of a slum. ?? Fortunately, I was able to contact NH Hotels to change my reservation. ?
I was extremely impressed by my stay at the NH Barcelona Diagonal Center hotel. The hotel is conveniently located close to the historical centre of Barcelona, just 1km away. The room was comfortable and spotlessly clean with modern interior design. The breakfast buffet offered a great selection of food and drinks with some delicious fruits too. I was also really impressed with the staff - they were so friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Barcelona.
My stay at this particular hotel was pleasant overall. The location was great and the staff were friendly and helpful. The only downside was the cleanliness of the rooms - there was a lot of dust and it seemed like it hadn't been properly cleaned. I would also recommend being ready to switch rooms if needed, as there were issues with some of the showers. The breakfast had a lot of options but the food wasn't very hot.
We stayed for 3 days in April and were quite pleased with the room which was a good size with comfortable beds and pillows. The room was kept clean and we were thankful that there were no carpets, which can be difficult to keep clean. The staff at the front desk were incredibly friendly and helpful, and we particularly appreciated Tim. Though the furniture seemed to be in quite poor condition and there was little storage for toiletries in the bathroom, there was one outlet for recharging devices (two if the desk lamp was unplugged) and a single nightstand – one person had to use the desk chair for the other. We were surprised to find only one bath towel upon arrival, despite a two-person booking, and there was no outlet in the bathroom to plug anything in other than a shaver. This meant having to do hair next to the bed. The room was quite warm and the mini-fridge made a lot of noise which woke us during the night. The location was not great either – it was close to what seemed to be a junkyard, had a bad smell and was a long walk from town. We often had to get a cab which, in Barcelona, is not particularly expensive.
Not worth the priice .. I am a bit surpriised that NH as a resposible hotel chain do not condict reguler quiality chceck to its hotels .. this won dos not deserev to be part of the chian .. the rooms and toilet wer not clena .. disgusitng stayin thwre .. sory guys I am not comin back to this plce ...
