It's well located, close to the train station, which is great when it comes to travelling in and out of the city. The rooms are comfortable and spacious, with modern amenities and attractive decorations. The staff were friendly and helpful, indicating the places of interest to visit during my stay. The breakfast included a good variety of choices, with fresh products. All in all, my stay at NH Sants Barcelona was a great business trip experience.
The facilities of NH Sants Barcelona were above standard for the price, in terms of the cleanliness of the room and the pleasantness of the staff. That being said, we had an incredibly unpleasant experience with the woman working the front desk. She was curt and condescending regardless of the time of day and we felt as if she was actively trying to make our stay as difficult as possible. This was the most disagreeable welcome we have encountered in our 20 years of travel.
